Sinandal ni Rusthy ang ulo sa head rest ng upuan sa ng eroplano. Ilang araw na siyang walang tulog kakaisip kung anong gagawin upang makumbinsi si Sterlyn. Ngunit heto na siya sa eroplano.. Walang Sterlyn na kasama. Dahan-dahang bumigat ang talukap ng kanyang mga mata at tinangay na siya nito ng antok.
Nakita niya si Majaya nakagapos ang katawan sa isang silya... Nakayuko ito at nakatakip ang buhok sa mukha...
"Majaya.." Tawag niya.
Dahan-dahan itong umangat ng mukha... Nagulat siya nang makita ang mukha nitong duguan.. Putok ang labi at kilay... Pasa sa magkabilang mata. "rUSTHY..." Umiiyak ito..
"Majaya.. Anong nangyari sayo?" Tanong niya... Ngunit bigla nalang ay hinablot siya ni Sonia.. hinila nito ang kanyang buhok papalayo sa kanya..
"Majaya!! Sonia bitawan mo siya!!" Subalit parang di siya narinig nito... " SONIA!!!"
"Rusthy.. Wake up!!!" May tumapik sa balikat niya.
"Huh?!?" Panaginip lang pala yun...
"Bad dream?" Tanong ng babaeng katabi niya.
Nilingon niya ito.. Kinusot-kusot niya ang kanyang mga mata at tumingi ulit siya dito. nakangiti ito sa kanya.
"Sterlyn?" Tanong niya.
"Yup..." Nakangiting sagot nito.
"Oh thanks God you're here!!!" Aniya.
"Yeah... I was here since the plane went up.. You're in a deep sleep so i prefer not to disturb you... just then I think you had a bad dream coz you're moaning and I can see in your face that you're worried.. So I decided to wake you up.." Paliwanag nito.
"Yeah.. Thanks.. that was a bad dream really.. Gee.. I really thought you're not coming.." Sabi niya.
"Well.. I thought of giving it a try.. besides the ticket is for free and I get to see philippines then... " Wika nito.
"So.. Does your new boyfriend knew about this?" tanong niya.
"Nah.. I was just lying about new boyfriend thing.. I can't have a new one when all I think about is that damn Calvin.." Wika ni Sterlyn.
"Hahaha... Just as i thought... I was pretty sure you can't get over him that easy.. that's why I really tried to convince you... And I was right about buying you a ticket.. coz here you are.. off to Philippines..." Aniya.
"Yeah.. Idiot!! What if I didn't come then?" Tanong nito.
"Well... I'd fight alone... And that plane ticket? well.. I don't care.. Atleat I tried to give you a very nice offer..." aniya.
"Well then goodluck to us..." Sabi ng babae.
"Yeah.. we can do this Ster... Love is stronger tahn anything else in this world... You both love each other.." Aniya.
"Yes.. I love him.. And I know he loves me too..." Wika ni Sterlyn.
