Eva's Pov
As it turns out the cops had gotten a hold of Scott's burn book and have reopened the investigation. It was found in Petra's room
Scott talked a lot about someone named J. P. Petra is freaking out and thinks she needs a lawyer but I just turn off my phone and focus on my girl. We have these monthly dates where I take time out of my schedule and we go get ice cream and spend time with each other. Luckily she takes after me and loves chocolate as much as I do.
The next night me, Rafael and Petra meet in his penthouse so we can discuss the police investigation
"It must have been Abbey. She walked in when I was hiding his burn book. I was trying to keep it out of the wrong hands. It was obviously a mistake." Petra explained
"Come on. Where's zen Rafael?" She asks him
"Zen Rafael doesn't want to be caught up in covering a crime. Petra I have been to prison. I don't want to go back." He says
"I know. You won't. I'm sorry okay? But this is all me. I messed up." She said
"And Chuck knows?" I ask
"Only about the bones. But he hasn't said anything. Yet" she tells us and we call it a night.
Jane and Petra are both heavily competitive and are both competing for room mom at their kids school.
Petra didn't feel the best after she thought her kids thought of her as a scary dragon. I reassured her it was because I told her kids that dragons protect their eggs and their strong. She felt a lot better after that.
In a shocking turn of events Rafael makes a pretty good room mom.
I walk by Petra's office when I hear people yelling. I walk in to see Chuck yelling at Petra
"Hey. I think you should go. Before I call security" I tell Chuck and he leaves
"Thank you for believing in me." She said to me
"I don't. Where's the missing page?" I ask her
She gave me the missing page in her hand. It had everything written about what Emilio said about Rafael. Now I understand why she ripped out the page. I would have done the same thing. I looked at her in awe. She looked back at me and I realised how close we are.
"What?" She asks
"See? You the dragon. Protecting everyone." I say
"You're the only one who sees me like that." She said and I realised how close we are. I brush a strand of hair from her face and she kissed me. I pulled away and saw the lust in her eyes. I don't know when our clothes came off on the way to her bedroom
