Eva's Pov
Rafael had gotten called in early for a shift so now I'm at his place getting the girls ready since they wanted someone to do their hair.
"Ok girls all done." I say as I get up.
"Thanks aunt Eva." They say in unison making a chill go down my spine. They resemble the twins in the shining.
"Ok I've gotta go pick up Clara from her dad's. See you later. I love you." I said without thinking.
"Whoa! Did you actually just say that?" He asks
"Yeah, I did." I say
"Well I love you too." He says. Neither of us could get the smile off our faces we all ended up leaving.
Rafael ended up meeting J. R. today when she spent the night at Petra's in a robe. I decided we should all have dinner. Jane decided to drop in since the kids also met J. R.
I promised Petra I would not embarrass her and to keep Rafael from ambushing her. Jane Ramos, Petra and I bonded over wine and Scotland. Jane and J. R. didn't bond that well.
That same night we walked into Rafael's apartment and there were fairy lights and candles and rose petals. He played a few songs and we ended up dancing in that small space and we didn't sleep for a pretty long time.
After that night inspiration hit me like a truck. I could focus more on designing and with the help of my favourite little people. Which means all the kids.
I suggested to Rafael that we should get a bigger place. Together, with rooms for the kids. Also in their school district. We had found a place
