Eva's Pov
Jane's house was finally done and Jane sent me a picture of the wallpaper. Oh my god that wallpaper. As it turns out Xiomara had been pregnant with Esteban Santiago's baby but she did not keep it. I am now twelve weeks pregnant which is three months. I'm almost done with the first trimester.
Rafael asked me and Petra to cover all his meetings while he went with Jane to discuss preschool's for Mateo.
Xiomara had called me over to say that she thought Alba knew about the pregnancy.
"This happened when she first found out I was having sex. She dropped hints and tortured me until I couldn't take it anymore and confessed." Xiomara says
"Okay, calm down,Cersei. Abuela always you to go to church." Jane says
"Twice in one day?" Xo asks
"Plus there was the tampon thing." Michael said
"Exactly. Don't forget the tampon thing." Xo said
"She has asked you if you'd needed tampons before." Jane says
"You didn't tell me that." Michael says and I felt something in my stomach. I put my hand to my stomach. It felt like... butterflies?
"It wasn't important because it was the way she said it." Xo says
"It is important. We need to be methodical about this. Tampons go into the unknown column. No jumping to conclusions. We need facts." Michael said
"Yes. Good. We need your detective skills." Xo said and for some reason the butterflies reappeared. Why?
"What would you do if Alba was a perp?" Xo asks
"I'd probably drop the word 'abortion'. See how she reacts." Michael says
"No way. She'll know." Jane says
"Maybe drop 'abort'" I suggest. The butterflies came again. Now I'm worried
"Good thinking. I'll drop 'abort'." She says
"Jane, when you were pregnant and the baby kicked what did it feel like." I ask and she looked at me weird.
"Kind of like butterflies." She responds and my eyes widen. My baby's kicking
I put my hand to my stomach and gasp which makes Jane gasp.
"Are you pregnant?" She asked
"Yes." I say and they all start laughing except Michael. Apparently Chris let it slip.
"Why didn't you say anything?" She asked
"You were getting married. The focus should have been on you." I say and she hugs me and then the baby kicks again. After Jane and Xo felt it my eyes widen as I reach for my phone. I need to call Louis.
In under ten minutes he showed up and we left the Villanueva house to go get lunch.
The next night Rafael and I knock on the door to Petra's room. She opens it and looks at us in a little bit of shock but she quickly recovers.
"I thought you were with the twins." She said looking at Rafael.
"The twins are down for the night. Chepa's with them." He says.
"We need to talk to you." He said and we walked inside.
"What's been going on with you lately? You've been acting odd." I say
"No I haven't" she says we walk in a bit more before she runs in front of us and awkwardly sits down.
"What are you doing?" I ask
"Second door on the right. That's what's going on." She says and we walk into the room only to find Scott. Naked. I gag as my nausea returns and Rafael covers my eyes as we leave the room. Scott following us.
"Oh my god." Raf says and I walk to the nearest trash can to throw up my lunch.
"Why is Scott in your bedroom?" Raf asks her
"Because I'm sleeping with him." She says and Scott comes out.
"And I didn't want to tell you, because you'd freak out, which is exactly what you're doing." She says. I just walk out of there with the trash can.
