Eva's Pov

"Here's the thing. Chase you'd be crazy not to get in on this. It's a minimal capital ask. You'd acquire two-fourths of the Marbella, and that means a majority control." He says

"Uncle Raf." Clara shouts and runs to him. He bends down to pick her up, signalling her to be quiet.

"How can you stand this? His crap is everywhere." I ask my brother

"Mainly it's because we use the things all his 'crap' is useful." He says and I shoot him a look. "Somehow." He adds

"Chase look you'll be kicking yourself if you pass this up. Okay we are going to print money." He says as he hands me the two year old kissing the top of my head. He also shaved his beard. Thank God. Jane actually finds Zen Rafael better than this Rafael.

Luisa even froze all of Rafael's funds including the ones for Mateo and the twins.

"It really is a once in a lifetime opportunity." He says and hangs up.

We haven't told anyone we kissed until I find a way to break the news to Petra. She would not exactly like it. Anezka has also been following me to get me to sell my shares.

"What was Chase thinking turning down the deal and then he offers me a job selling condos? I don't sell real estate, I buy it." Rafael complains

"Rafael if you don't get your money then I think this is a good career path. Other than modeling." I say

"First, I'm going to get my money back, second, modeling really me?" He asks and I blush

"I mean yes you're in the gym so much use it. I'm kidding." I tell him and he ends up laughing and pulling me into his chest.

Rafael also told me how Jane wants Mateo to go to catholic school. It's not a bad idea. I went to catholic school. He also told me about their texting war in front of Mateo. It is a good idea. Just in case he doesn't get the hotel back.

I can't take it anymore. Anezka is driving me crazy. Rafael suggested that Jane should buy the hotel and Petra decided that Chuck could. I'm fine with either. We also ended up telling her we kissed. She wasn't that upset about it to my surprise.

Rafael suggests that the shares should be bought by Katherine Cortes. Daughter of a hotelier.

Rafael had gone to lunch with Katherine. It was so clear that she was interested in him. He just has to be oblivious about it.

Rafael figured out Mateo's school they just had to lie about where he lived. Technically it's a family house so it's not really a lie. Him and Jane had an argument about it and called him rich and entitled. I mean rich sure but he didn't have it easy growing up either.

Rafael had gotten into the Marbella he wanted to talk in private which we wouldn't get at my brother's house. We both told Petra that Chuck was a good idea but she told us that neither Chuck or Katherine were a good idea. We can hold off Anezka long enough to find another investor. He said he could handle Katherine and I realised we never really talked about it. What are we? We never exactly made it official. He never said he wouldn't sleep with Katherine. I asked him about us. He said that it was just a kiss. Well there goes any hope I had of a romantic relationship with him

That night Rafael had met with Katherine.
