Eva's Pov
So I met Arnaud who was leaving the hotel. My eyes nearly popped out of my head when he said he was Catalina's husband. I get she's beautiful but really she's married. What about Rafael, he just found out he wasn't a Solano. He's gonna be heart broken.
Rafael was at the police station with my brother. The DNA results confirmed he wasn't Elena and Emilio's biological son.
After he got back we walked into his office.
"What are you up to?" Petra says from the couch making us look at her
"You and Scott." She specifies
"Are you working together? Manipulating me?" She said to him
"Of course not." He says
"He bought a new car. Where'd he get the money? I saw you two talking!" Petra says. Now I believe she's paranoid
"Petra. I think you're being a little paranoid. Which makes sense, considering what you just went through." He says and Petra storms out of the office.
Catalina did end up telling Rafael she was married. She also told him me and Jane had met him. So now I'm standing in Raf's penthouse explaining to him.
"What was I supposed to say, ' hey Raf the girl you're dating is married to someone twice your age.'" I say
"Yes you should have." He says
"Look this is your relationship I didn't want to meddle. I did tell her to tell you." I say
"And if she hadn't?" He asks
"Then I can guarantee you that Jane would've told you before I could." I say and he understands. I don't exactly trust her but if she makes him happy.
My brother also told me that Michael was looking to quit the force. He took an aptitude test which told him he should be a detective. This was hilarious.
As it turns out Catalina is a liar and she did not end it with her husband and as I suspected Jane already told Rafael but I also told him. He told him he was going to end it with her.
I was also cornered in the hallway by Catalina
"Rafael just ended our relationship because you told him you saw me kissing Arnaud." She said
"Well I did see you get in the car and kiss him." I say
"A friendly kiss." She said. Seriously.
"I don't kiss my friends like that." I say
"Well I do, and you don't know me and this is my relationship." She says
"Rafael is my best friend I was just looking out for him." I tell her and she storms off and my hands slowly ease off my stomach.
The next night Rafael told me that Emilio probably knew about Rafael not being his biological child and in his will he left everything to his biological children. Suddenly Petra knocked on the door.
"Petra this is not a good time." He says
"Frankly, I don't care." She says and pushes past him into the suite.
"It's awfully dark in here.Hiding something?" She says as she turns on the lights
"What's going on Petra?" He asks
"You know, maybe I could have forgiven you for not knowing I was in a coma. Maybe I could have forgiven you for, sleeping with my sister. Maybe I could have even forgiven you for... using Scott to screw me." She said pouring herself a drink
"What are you talking about?" He asks her
"He told me. I went to him, as Anezka and he told me. You made me feel like I was crazy and Paranoid." She says
"I'm sorry." He apologised
"Well, I'm not. Cause now I know who you really are, and the lengths you'll go to to get what you want. But let me tell you something. You have absolutely no idea the lengths I'll go to." She says and walks out leaving me a little scared.
The next day Jane knocked on my door and told me Rafael was still with Catalina. I thought he said he was done with her. This might have something to do with what Petra said
