'Devil'-ish
Out of sight when I'm stumbling on my steps,
Out of breath when my legs were tied on corpses dancing,
Out of mind when the voices went missing echoing the screaming sound unkept,
Out of line when the devil running around me but I was static standing. The river full of blood of the innocents,
The clouds were painted black with every revenge committed,
I thought their act of generosity were munificent,
But the dress that I wore no longer fitted.Every girlhood that has been slained,
Every womanhood but the feeling wasn't fained,
Every manhood that was taken by the devil and chained,
Every motherhood that no longer remained.Hearts were taken and brains were destroyed,
Every breath that I take were all filthy and stench,
The children's scream stabbed a hole in my heart that is void,
My eyes were plucked but my hands were clean in a pool full of wench.Even the pouring rain can't wash the hatred away,
How limbs were torn apart just for a drop feeling of bliss,
"In a selfish world, only the selfish will survive," they say,
The war was never fair when one was armed and one fight with fists. The angels were chained if they dare opening their mouths,
My wings were ripped but my dress was drenched in blood that was not mine,
The devils were marching towards the south,
More lives were taken but everyone turned blind. It seemed like everything was frozen in time,
New days, under the same sky, same moon,
But the land was littered by people's crimes,
They took the kids, and they will take you soon. That's when I knew I will forever be haunted,
By the action committed by ghosts and bad people's wraiths,
The heads of their victims, they flaunted,
The devil dressed up as king while the angels lost their faiths.tamat.
