Chapter 15

Sasuke's POV

I woke up the next morning next to Sakura. She had her head against my chest, with a little drool coming out her mouth. I frowned slightly as I set up slightly.

'I didn't go home last night,' I thought in confusion. Last night I came here to Sakura's place because I was pissed off at my parents treating me like a child.

So I came here and had a few drinks with Sakura and then came to her room and there after it was a blur. I pushed her off gently making her lie on the pillow next to us.

I got off the bed, picking up my clothes and putting them quickly. I took my wallet and car keys. I walked out the room and downstairs and out the house.

I walked to my car quickly driving towards the mansion. My heart beating against my chest and my palms sweating a bit. Oh God, I didn't mean to stay this long at Sakura's place. Now everyone is going to be suspicious.

Naruto has probably asked my parents of where I am. Oh man, my brother is probably looking for me know and I'm no where to be found. He's going to ask so many questions and I can't explain everything.

I finally made it to the mansion and I drove around the fountain and parked my car. I got out my car and walked up the steps but stopped at the large porch. What am I going to tell Naruto, l know he's worried sick about me about not coming home last night.

I took a deep breath and walked through the large oak door. I walked through the lobby and towards the living room to find that Naruto wasn't there. I sighed shakingly walking towards the dining room.

I found him there, cleaning up the table. I frowned a bit as I watched him throwing away rose petals. I walked in slowly and he looks up tiredly.

"So, you finally came home," he said slowly brushing some of his curly hair behind his ear," Tell me Sasuke, where were you last night?," He asked leaning his hands against the table. He was wearing a dark blue silk robe with yellow flowers around.

"I decided to stay at work before I came home. I just wanted to check everything first, I must've fallen asleep," I said lying through my teeth. He sighed looking down at the table.

"You know I was worried sick about you, I called you so many times but I couldn't reach you. I thought something happened to you," he said with genuine concern walking up to me with a smile.

"I'm sorry, I must've not heard my phone," I said slowly and he wrapped his slender arms around my waist leaning his head against my chest. I pulled him closer and frowned.

"Next time can you please let me know that you will be stopping at the office first?," He asked softly and I nodded.

"Yeah, sure," I said and he pulls away with a smile.

"I'm going to start with breakfast, you go ahead and take a shower," he said and I nodded slowly walking upstairs.

Time skip~

I was sitting at my office thinking about what just happened this morning. I almost got caught, I need to be more careful about this or otherwise I'm going to loss everything.

I was sure that my phone was on when I went to Sakura's place and when I checked my phone, I didn't find any missed calls from Naruto which I found that odd. Sakura must have deleted them and then put my phone on silent. I clenched my hands, is she trying to deliberately get us caught.

My office door opened and closed and I looked up with a frown to find Sakura walking towards my desk.

"Don't you knock anymore?," I asked slightly annoyed stacking my paperwork neatly.

"Nope," she said with a cheerful smile," You left early this morning," she said with a raised eyebrow.

"Yes, I had to go back home to Naruto," I said opening my laptop.

"Oh here we go again, I thought you didn't love Naruto, Sasuke," she said with a frown.

"Sakura, I had to go back home, do you want us to get caught?, Are you serious?, I could lose everything if we get caught," I said through clenched teeth.

"Sasuke I don't care if we get caught anymore. You can easily just start your own business, your associates would never leave you. We can relocate and start a fresh," She said thinking that it's that easy.

"Sakura it's not that easy. Some people don't want to make business  with people who cheat on their partners, to them it sends red flags," I said shaking my head.

"I thought you were persuasive Sasuke. You can always gain their trust but you can't let Naruto hold you back from your happiness. God, why won't you just break it off with him already!," She said raising her voice.

"Sshh, are you trying to cause a scene?," I asked harshly frowning at her.

"I'm trying to fight for us Sasuke. You're not fighting for us Sasuke. You promised to break up with that worthless thing of yours so that we can be happy. To stand up to your parents about us but that still hasn't happened. And you know what I think Sasuke, I think you're a coward who will always be in his older brother's shadow. You can't even stand up for yourself, your so worthless sometimes," She said angrily.

"Get the fuck out my office. NOW!," I shouted at the end feeling fury getting the better of me, my fists clenched tightly. She just roll her eyes.

"Forget that you're going to get some from me. Just go back to that bitch of yours you call a boyfriend," She said walking out my office slamming the door.

I sighed leaning against my chair.
