Chapter 44

Naruto's POV

I was walking with a contractor as she showed me around a building. Today I wanted to check out a building that I'm going to start my restaurant at. The building wasn't that bad looking, it's just needs some altercations here and there.

"Wow, I've got to say this is something," I said as I nodded looking around.

"Well I'm glad to hear you say that Naruto-san, as you can see the building consist of three floors, two balconies and a patio just outside. The building is also big enough so you can add in a staff room and a kitchen you can also add as much equipments as you like," she said professionally with a smile.

"Man, I'm liking what I'm hearing and seeing. You know, I'm thinking of taking this building, it's so nice," I said feeling my excitement bubbling up.

"Great, once you made your decision you can call me in this number and we will discuss the relevant details and fill in the necessary paperwork," she said as she handed me a number and I took it," Have a great day Naruto-san," she said and I nodded with a smile.

She walks out the building with her heels clicked against the concrete floor. I pushed my hair away from my face looking around the building with a nod.

"This is it Naruto, it's time to start your own legacy," I said to myself as I as well walked out the building and towards my black and orange mini Cooper. I got inside and called Kyuubi. It rang three times until he finally picked up.

"Hey Naru," he said and I could hear the smile in his voice. I smiled excitedly.

"Hey Kyuubi, I just saw the building and it is amazing, it's big, it's spacious and I have so many ideas for it. I'm so glad you pushed me to meet with a contractor," I said leaning against my steering wheel trying to contain my excitement.

"See, I told you it's going to be worth it," he said through the phone," Sora can you stop moving," he said to his baby boy and I could hear Sora giggling in the background.

"Aww, I you trying to change his diaper?," I asked swooning.

"No, I'm trying to put some clothes on him, but he keeps moving wiggling," Kyuubi said and I giggled.

"Don't worry, I'm coming over," I said and he said okay. I hung up putting my phone on the passenger seat. I drove away from the building and towards Kyuubi's and Itachi's mansion.

I've been visiting them more often now and I must say, it's healing me. After a few minutes I made it to Kyuubi's mansion the security letting me in easily. I drove down the driveway and parked my car next to a red Mustang.

I got out my car and walked up the steps. I rang the doorbell and a butler opened the door.

"Ah, Naruto-sama, Kyuubi-sama is in the nursery," he said politely. I smiled.

"Thank you, Kage," I said walking towards the nursery which was upstairs. Kyuubi's mansion is a warm home. You can tell by the colour combination, the plants around and the beautiful paintings around.

"Uncle Naruto!," Riyustuki shouted excitedly running towards me. I knelt down and took the toddler in my arms, hugging him tightly.

"Ryu, where's mommy?," I asked him as I situated him on my hip.

"Mama it in the nursery feeding Sora," he said with a innocent smile. I kissed his chubby cheeks and walked down the hallway.

"How is kindergarten so far?," I asked looking at his big green eyes of which he got from Kyuubi.

"It's not fun, somehow everyone wants to be my friend," he said cutely. I giggled.

"Don't you want to have friends?," I ask and he shook his head.

"I prefer to be alone because everyone wants to learn easy stuff and I already know everything thereeee~," he whined pouting. I giggled again as we walked inside the nursery.

"Hey Kyuubi," I said with a smile walking towards my brother who was sitting on a rocking chair, trying to put Sora to sleep.

"Naruto, you finally made it. Ryu is with you," he said with a smile shaking his head.

"So, how are things at the company?," I asked as I put Ryu down sitting on a chair, the toddler ran out to his room, probably to fetch his toys.

"Ryu no running in the house!, Things are going very well, it's a good thing that I left Iruka in charge or else I'd be in big trouble," he said with a smile.

"Yeah, he's adjusting pretty well considering he was very nervous at first," I said with a smile.

"Anyways, how are you holding up?," He asked as he gets up and puts Sora into his crib. I sighed leaning against my chair folding my legs.

"I'm kinda okay, I mean I'm still hurt and I'm always thinking about what happened and everytime I think about it, I feel sad, heartbroken, unworthy and rage. I thought I made him happy, I guess he didn't feel that way," I said looking at him.

"I think Sasuke regrets his actions deeply, his been calling me begging me to put you on the phone. And by the sound of his voice, he didn't sound so good. I think you should go and see him," Kyuubi said and I sighed.

"I don't know, what if I find him with his girlfriend again?," I said and he shook his head.

"He just made a mistake, Naruto," Kyuubi said softly.

"Oh really Kyuubi, I didn't know you can make the same mistake for nine months," I said rolling my eyes.

"Okay, I'm not saying you must take him back, but just go see how he's doing," he said and I sighed.

"Fine, I'll go see him," I said with a sigh and he smiled.
