Chapter 20

Sasuke's POV

I drove back to the mansion the next morning feeling nervous a bit. I drove through the driveway and parked my car next to Naruto's. I walked up the steps and towards the door, I slowly opened the door and walked inside the mansion. As I was about to walk upstairs, a voice stopped me suddenly.

"Good morning, my lovely boyfriend," Naruto said from behind me and I could hear the underlying sarcasm in his voice.

I turned around quickly looking at him with a frown, trying to seem cold and uncaring but on the inside I was terrified.

"Hey, why are you awake this early?," I asked emotionlessly.

"Where were you last night?," He asked folding his arms. That really threw me off, normally he would look down submissively and not talk back.

"I was working, I'm paying the bills of this mansion after all," I said with a frown. He nodded slowly.

"I made breakfast then, I hope you're hungry," he said walking away upstairs not once looking at me. I looked after him and frowned. He's acting strange, really strange. I shrugged walking towards the dining room.

Time skip~

"I will be going to my parents house next week. They want me to visit them for a few days. Will you be okay with me gone?," He asked and I did a little dance in my head. Finally!.

"Don't worry, I can handle myself," I said rolling my eyes. He nodded fixing his hair in the mirror.

"Okay then, just make the right choices," he said walking out the room. I looked after him, confused. He's beginning to scare me. Does he know about my secret?, If he does, why doesn't he say something.

I walked out the door and down stairs to find Naruto taking his car keys. I walked the last steps and towards him.

"Where are you going?," I asked and he just sighed.

"To see Ino and Hinata, obviously," he said walking out the door. Ino?, I know that name. I heard Naruto's car driving away from the mansion. I walked towards the living room and set on the couch and texted Sakura.

Naruto's POV

I speeded towards my destination where I'm going to meet with my friends. Hinata and Ino. I hope they would see something odd or suspicious that would help me potentially end this relationship with Sasuke.

I made it just in time and walked out my car and towards the restaurant, I found them just sitting outside the patio of the restaurant. I walked over to them and smiled. They have company with them.

"Hey guys, I see you guys decided to come with the BF's," I said with a smile.

"It's nice to see you again Naruto-kun," Ino's boyfriend Sai said with a smirk.

"Hello again blondy," Kiba said with a grin and I shook my head.

"Yeah yeah, I'm glad you guys came. I really want your help," I said with a smile.

"Sure Naruto, spill," Kiba said putting his arm behind Hinata's chair.

"So, I think Sasuke could be potentially be having an affair," I started, Kiba frowned and Sai's eyes darkened.

"Really?," Sai asked darkly.

"Yeah, I mean Sasuke hasn't been treating Naruto right for the past eight months now and we think he's having an affair. I saw a pink haired women enter his office one time but that could be anything," Ino starting wrapping her arms around Sai's arm loosely.

"Yeah, he hasn't been coming home to Naruto, because he's been spending long nights at the office, extended business trips and treating Naruto coldly and let's not forget the late night calls," Hinata ended the story.

"That asshole, is he serious?. How could he treat he's own boyfriend like that?, Is he crazy?, I mean why date someone if you're going to end up hurting them, that's just crazy I can't understand it," Kiba said angrily running his hands through his hair, trying to calm down.

"Calm down Kiba, all I need from you guys is your help and support," I said looking at all of them.

"Okay, what should we do Naruto-kun, I mean I could hire the best investigator to find information about Sasuke and maybe his mistress. If he has one," Sai said leaning forward.

"No no, no need to go to so much trouble. All I need from you guys is to tell me if you notice anything different and suspicious from Sasuke. Even if he talks to you guys pick up little things," I said and they nodded.

"Okay, we'll try our best Naru. But what if you find out that he's really cheating?, What are going to do then?," Ino asked worriedly.

"I'm going to end things off with him. Even if he comes crawling back to me asking me to take him back, I'd rather not too. Eight months of suffering is not worth trying to fix things with him," I said and they nodded approvingly.

"Okay, we understand. Just know that whatever happens. We will always be here for you. If you need anything, anything at all, don't hesitate to call one of us," Kiba said seriously and they all nodded. I smiled brightly at them.

"Thanks guys," I said with a smile. We set there and enjoyed the rest of our day at the restaurant just talking and catching up.
