Draco stepped into the Malfoy manor, his mother was waiting for him by the door, the house elf's rushed to grab his luggage and to take it to his room. Draco's mother rushed to hug him.
"Draco, I'm so happy your back," His mother said, as she wrapped her arms around him.
"It's nice to see you too, Mum." Draco answered, as the door was slammed shut. Draco's spin went rigid, as his mother let him go and he turned around facing his father.
"So, after I deliberately tell you that you need to break things off with that mudblood, you go ahead and take her to the yule ball, but you don't stop at that! You decide to make her your girlfriend." His father said, walking around in a slow circle around Draco.
"Do you have anything to say?" Lucious asked, Draco shook his head.
"No
"Really? Nothing? Not even like it was a joke on her, to humiliate her. No excuses?" Draco shook his head.
"It was never like that, I like her." Draco said, before his father raised his hand, and slapped him across the face. Draco stepped back, his cheek stinging.
"Do you know how many family members have owled me about you? How disappointing my children have turned out to be? You were my last hope Draco, that one of my children was smart enough to a real Malfoy." Draco didn't answer, he stared at his shoes. Lucious grabbed him by the chin forcing Draco to look at him. His fingernails were digging into Draco's cheeks.
"Look me in the eye when I'm talking to you." Draco couldn't talk, his father was holding him so tightly.
"Lucious, let him go." Narcissa whispered, Lucious stared at Draco before letting him go.
"I've raised you better than this Draco. I expected more, your going to breakup with that Mudblood."
"Don't call her that." Draco whispered,
"What did you say?"
"I said don't call her that and I'm not going to breakup with her." Draco said, staring at his father, his eyes mirroring the same anger is fathers had. Lucious stepped closer to Draco, grabbing a fistful of his hair.
"Aer you telling me what to do now? I said your going to breakup with her!" Lucious repeated, tilting his head at Draco, Draco didn't reply.
"Lucious, don't-"
"Be quite Narcissa." Lucious yelled, not sparing her a glance.
"Have you ever wondered where Michael got that scar? Because if you don't tell me your breaking up with her, then you'll find out." Lucious said,
"Father, please...I want to be with Madeline." Draco whispered, Lucious's fist tightened, Draco felt like his hair was being pulled out of his head. Lucious was breathing so heavily that Draco could feel his hot breath on his face.
"Fine. You do want to see where Michael got that scar after all." Draco's eyes widened, he tried to shake his head, but then his father started dragging him by his hair and down to the basement.

Draco thought the first whip would be the worst, but he was wrong, the more his father continued the worse the pain grew. He laid on his stomach, waiting for his back to heal. But Draco knew that whip had been laced with dark magic, and now his back would be permanently scarred just like Michael's face.
"She's just a girl," His mother was said, as she dragged the tip of her wand across Draco's back, trying to lessen the pain, he didn't want to tell her it wasn't working.
"I don't want any girl Mum, I want Madeline."
"Your father's just going to keep...doing this." Narcissa explained, Draco didn't answer.
"The scar was just the first part...when he did this with Michael. It grew worse." Draco felt fear climbing up his scarred back, as he turned his head and looked at his mother.
"Mum-"
"There's other girls, other pureblood girls. What about Daphne?"
"She's basically my sister, Mum." Draco answered, disgusted by the thought.
"He doesn't have to find another girl Narcissa." Lucious said, they both jumped, looking at the door seeing Lucious standing there.
"What do you mean?" Draco asked him, sitting up.
"The Parkinson's are coming over tonight. I hear their daughter has a small obsession with you. She's going to be your new girlfriend. Her parents have already agreed-"
"No! Dad-not Pansy, please-" Mr. Malfoy swung his wand, and it smacked Draco right on the cheek, making him fall on his back, pain shot down his back, as blood ran down his face.
"Okay! He'll do it! I swear! I'll make sure of it!" Narcissa said, rushing to help Draco up.
"Good, you two better change the Parkinson's are on the way."
