Alfie pov

I am currently editing Zoe and my video for this Sunday. We did a Q and A together from Twitter questions.

A funny part happens and I start laughing loudly. Zoe said it. I stop laughing and look at her pretty eyes. I can't believe I got her.

My phone starts ringing and it scares me half to death. I take off the headphones and run towards it.

Unknown number. Huh I shouldn't answer these. They could be fans. I'll answer it anyways.

"Hello?" I say into the tiny mic.

"Hello is this Alfie Deyes?" It's an older man with a deep voice. I start to get nervous.

"Yes it is."

The voice takes a loud breath. "sir there's been an accident."

Mayas pov

I stare down at my notes while I doodle a random drawing. The bell rings and everyone runs to their cubbies to get their lunch and leave to the lunch room. I stay behind until everyone's gone.

Then, I stand and get my lunch and make my way to the lunch room. As I turn the corner to the room, someone bumps into me and knocks my lunch bag down, spilling out my food and breaking open my yogurt, making it leak on the floor.

Oh my god! Twice in one day. I go to glare at the girls for doing it but it wasn't the girls. It was that cute boy Jeana couldn't keep her eyes off of.

He stares down at me and regret filled his eyes. "I'm so sorry!" He says. His hand extends down at me and I pull myself up with it.

"I'll help you clean this up." he says as he ran to get paper towel. He comes back with a roll of some and starts rubbing the yogurt off the floor.

"Its okay." I giggled, blushing a bit. "I should have been watching where I walk."

He shook his head. "This was my fault. Here, have mine." He reaches out and hands me a yogurt.

I laugh. "That's okay, thanks. I didn't want it anyways."

He smiles at me showing his huge adorable dimples. "Have it anyways." He puts it in my lunch bag.

I smile. "Thank you."

"Your welcome."

We stare at each other for like 5 seconds and then he shakes out of it and we stand up. "Well... I'm Sam." He says, putting his hand out.

"I'm Maya." I reply, shaking it.

"I've been wanted to introduce myself for a while but I haven't.... for some reason." He says, looking away. Is he blushing?

"Well I'll seeya around." I say, turning to sit down.

He opens his mouth to speak but says nothing. Then he talks. "Can I sit with you?"

I blush big time now. "Yeah. Sure."

He looks at a group of guys and walks to me and sits down. "what about yours friends?" I ask.

He looks at them and shakes his head. "I can hang out with them anytime. But today I wanna hang out with you."

His voice goes so well with his British accent. I find it cute. Mostly everyone here has the same accent. Thank god I fit in there at least.

We talk all lunch and then the bell rings. "Well see you around." I smile.

He blushes a bit. "Maybe tomorrow at lunch again."

I smile and nod.

I've made a new friend.

...

"Maya phone call." The teacher says as he hands over the telephone. Everyone stares at me as I stand up and hold it.

"Hello?"

"Maya your coming home early. Joe's coming to pick you up right now. Please be ready." It's Alfie. He sounds like he's been crying.

"Alfie? What's wrong? Why?" I ask, panicking.

He sighs on the other end. "Im at the hospital Maya. Zoe's been in an accident."

Tears start forming in my eyes and my hand comes up to my mouth. I turn to see the class faced away from me. I don't want them to see me cry.

"oh.. I'll be there soon."

"I'm sorry Maya." He says, voice breaking. "Love you."

I smile a little from his goodbye. "L.. love you too."

I hang up the phone and turn to the class. I quickly walk to the teacher.

"I gotta go." I say quickly. He turns and frowns at me.

"Why? Who was that?" He asks.

I gulp. "I just... I gotta go."

His eyebrows raise. "Okay well make sure you sign out."

I nod and walk quickly out. I watch the girls glare at me and raise their eyebrows. They probably think I'm crazy. I see Sam looking concerned at me. He mouths 'what's wrong.' I stare at him with tears now falling down my face and shake my head, exiting the room.
