Chapter 12

I woke up in my bed the next morning. Nala was cuddled up on my stomach, so i had to carefully move her to the blanket. She woke up and snuggled back into my chest. Instead of putting her on the bed, i carried her down stairs with me. She snuggled in and fell asleep. I entered the living room to see the two Suggs and Alfie.

"Awwww." Zalfie said together and Joe laughed.

I looked down at my arms to the cuddled up, sleeping pug. I smiled and sat down on the couch.

"Morning, guys." I smiled.

They each greeted their own way.

"Hii!" Said Zoe.

"Morning!" Said Alfie.

"Hiya, love." Said Joe.

I nodded at them and curcled up with Nala. I was getting used to everyone here, and i wasnt shy.

"Maya, we were just talking about tday's plans." Zoe stated.

"And what were they?" i asked.

"I was hoping you and I could hang out today." Joe pleaded.

I nodded with excitment. "Sounds great!"

My answer made them all smile with happiness, especially Joe.

"Oh, good. I was worried you werent going to like me." Joe said in relief, but in a joking matter.

I shook my head. "Ive always liked you, haha. I subscribed to you." My response made them all laugh.
