Chapter 68

"It's already been 2 1/2 hours? We should head back." Sam says sadly. I check the time and sigh.

"Yeah I guess."

I stand to my feet and he does the same. Then we start walking home.

Madi's pov

"Caspar please hand me the remote."

Joe and I turn our attention to Caspar who stares at the remote without moving. I sigh because I know what's happening.

Alexus groans. "Come on Caspar, it's literally right beside you."

Joe lightly smacks Caspars arm and reaches over him for the remote. "Come on, mate. You guys have been fighting too much lately. Stop."

He throws the remote over to Alexus on the other side of the room. She nods to him and changes the channel.

"Can't do anything for himself." She mumbles. Caspar perks up.

"What did you say?"

She glares over at him. "You heard me, Lee."

Joe and I look at each other nervously. "You guys, your acting like 4 year olds." I comment.

"Madi, stay out of it please." Alexus replies, in a mood.

"Excuse me? How do I stay out of it when it's in my house?" I laugh sarcastically.

"Don't talk to your friend that way, Alexus. She just wants an opinion, everyone gets one." Caspar yells over to her.

I roll my eyes. "Thanks Casp, but do you guys ever quit?"

"Madi's right." Joe says. "Stop fighting."

Caspar groans and stands up. "You guys just.... ugh." He leaves to his room across the flat.

Alexus rolls her eyes before making another comment. "Baby."

"Alexus!" I yell. "Both you two chill the f*** out! I'm tired of hearing all this. Just pretend to like each other when your around Joe and I, please."

Joe looks at Alexus and giggles a bit. "You've got a mouth, Missy."

I laugh and kiss his cheek. "Well, what do you except?"

Alexus just leaves the room. "They will be falling for each other before you it." Joe laughs.

I nod. "Yep."

Maya pov

"Well this is the end!" I say, turning to Sam. "But I'll see you at school tomorrow haha."

He nods and looks down at his feet. "Yeah, this was fun."

I nod. "I'll see you first thing tomorrow, I promise."

He eyes me. "You better."

I laugh and he kisses me cheek before walking across the road and saying bye to me.

I get home to Alfie running over to me. "Maya! Your video!"

I drop my bag and run to the living room. Zoe is on the computer on my page. "What about it?" I ask, hopeful yet nervous.

"Only great stuff!" She smiles."check this out!"

I look down at my subscribers. "1479 subs already? That was fast!" I say excitedly. "The video has 300 000+ views!"

They nod. "They love you!" Alfie exclaims. I scroll down into the comments.

'So funny!'

'Next video, can't wait.'

'I love you'

'New favorite youtuber'

These comments start to make me smile and laugh a little. "It's like how I've always dreamed."

Zoe hugs me. "Sure is, Maya."
