1 month later

"How did Alfie take the news about you and I?" Sam asks, as we sit on my bed. Jeana and Jack sit on my couch across from us.

"He was completely fine with it surprisingly." I laugh a reply.

"That's good." He says, kissing me quickly on the lips.

We look over at Jeana and Jack who are holding hands. He quickly kisses Jeana too.

"This is like.... a double date." Jeana laughs. We all laugh a bit.

"Sure is." Jack replies, smiling down at her.

Us 4 and Alice are the group that hangs out at school. Everything is starting to look up for me now. I don't get bullied at school, because Hannah is losing her power and my group that I'm in is actually the most popular one in my class.

Jack asked out Jeana 3 weeks ago, and in that time, Sam and I had our first kiss. I think Jeana and Jack had theirs about a week ago.

I had to tell my parents about Sam and I. Zoe already knew, I don't know how, and Alfie was completely okay with it. Zoe was super happy about it as well, and Sam has met them before. He thought it was awesome since he's watched them on YouTube.

My channel hit 10 thousand subscribers, and I've only made about 6 videos.

It's a Saturday, so us 4 decided to all hang out together. This is actually the first time we've done so. When I was little, I never thought in a million years that I would have such good friends, an amazing boyfriend, the world's best parents, a YouTube account with growing fans, and just a good life. I'm one of a few kids who got to experience this, and I'm very grateful for that.

I smile at my friends who all sit and chat happily in my room. They look so happy together. Getting adopted changed my life forever, Zoe and Alfie changed my life forever.

Also, Joe, Caspar, Alexus, and Madi are all friends and live together in the same flat still. Alexus never moved, and isn't planning on it because her and Casp are back together. Thank god.

"Maya?" Jeana says, snapping me out of my thoughts.

"Huh, what?" I ask.

She laughs. "I asked if you guys wanted to go uptown to the park or something."

I smile. "Haha, yeah sure."

We walk downstairs and past Zalfie. "Bye guys, we're going to the park."

"Have fun kids, love you Maya!" Zoe chirps.

"Bye little one!" Alfie waves.

We walk out the door and across town.
