"Oh, well it's a battle of who would win Jungkook's heart then!" Jin or Aera don't we have a drinking contest to see who wins?" Jungkook said

They are all eyes went  to Jungkook as he suggested such ridiculous idea.

Who on earth would hold a drinking contest for such lame excuse?? Jin said

"I'm on it!" Aera confidence said

Everyone hooted as Aera stood and slammed her palms on the table.

"Excuse me sir but we have work tomorrow. Isn't that a bit o—" Jin asked

"It's okay, Jin. And besides it's not every day that we get to bond like this." The Boss said

Jin gaped at his boss in disbelief as he tolerated Jungkook's childishness.

"No. I won't do it."Jin said

Jin conviction as he slammed his fist on the table.

"Hello?? Why would I do that? I'm not that stupid to fall for something as immature as that. Jin said

"Okay, then, I won by default. Does that mean I can date Jungkook now?" Aera said

Jin bit his lips firmly as Aera announced her so-called victory which was eventually followed by everyone clapping for her.

"Yaaa, are you just gonna give me to her, babe?" Jungkook said

Jin jolted when Jungkook's hot breath touched Jin skin as he whispered to his ear.

"Ah Aishh... I guess you need to stop calling her babe from now on, Jungkook."
You've got a new babe right there." Jimin said pointed to Aera

Jin glared at Jimin who had a taunting smile on his lips as he cocked an eyebrow towards Aera.

"I shouldn't be bothered, right? I mean, what's in it for me if Jungkook dates her? We're not in a relationship so why would I care about it.
And besides it would work to my advantage since Jungkook would definitely stop coming to my unit to ask for food
And he would definitely stop bothering me. Jin said

"Urgh!!! But why is the thought of Jungkook hovering around someone else bothering me?? Jin thought

"If that's the case then, can I take Jungkook somewhere else? I wanna talk to him in private." Aera said

Jin tightly clenched his fists under the table as Aera voice pulled him out of his thoughts.

Why does she sound so irritating??

"O-okay. I need to tell you so—" Jungkook said

"OKAY FINE!" Aera said

With they're the force I
he could muster, Jin  slammed his fists on the table and stood, hoping that he wouldn't regret his decision.
And all, he needed to remove the nagging feeling in his chest.

"BRING OUT THE DRINKS. LET'S SETTLE THIS ONCE AND FOR ALL." Joonie yelled for cheers

"Who are you?? Why are you hugging me?" Jin drunken said

Jungkook and Jin struggling to maintain their balance, he carefully leaned Jin against the car hoping that he'd cooperate despite him being so drunk. Jin could barely open his eyes as they're stumbled our way out of the restaurant.

Jungkook didn't expect him to accept the challenge earlier.
And even if he lost by default, Jungkook still tell Rosie that there's no way he date her.

"Babe, where are your car keys? I need to open your car." Jungkook said

Jin cupped his face so he could focus on Jungkook but his eyes were in a complete daze.

"Kiss? You what to kiss? Me too." Jin drunken said

Jungkook mind went completely blank as Jin grabbed his face and started leaning closer to him. His lips were in a pout as he attempted to kiss him but he carefully dodged it

As much as Jungkook wanted to make love to him right at that moment, he didn't wanna take advantage of his current situation. He couldn't even recognize him!

"Babe. Just give me your keys, okay? We need to go home." Jungkook said

But instead of giving Jungkook an answer, Jin just slapped his entire palm on Jungkook face and started whining.

"Kiss? Me, I'm already gonna give you my kiss but you won't accept it! You're sho mean!" Jin drunken said

Jungkook carefully removed his hand from his face and cupped Jin face to make him focus on him.

"I mean, the keys to your car, babe. Please, if you want to kiss, let's do it when you're completely sobber, okay?" Jungkook replied as he started fumbling for the keys in his pocket.

"Ugh, I should have brought my car." Jungkook thought

"Aish I what the kiss now." Jin drunken said

"Jungkook! Are you okay? Is he okay?" Jimin said

Jungkook looked at Jimin  who just got out of the restaurant after dealing with Rosie who started crying when he brought Jin out of the restaurant.

"Yeah. He's just a bit stubborn." Jungkook said

"He's always like that when he's drunk, well when he's not drunk too. He's always been so stubborn, he even had sex with a stranger while being completely drunk." Jimin said

"Huh?" Jungkook shocked said

"Oh shit. No-nothing. Just don't mind what I said. But I'm completely trusting you with my friend, okay?" Jimin said

"Yeah. Sure. I'll make sure he's safe." Jungkook said

"I gotta go then. Take care. And Jungkook, he could be a bit wild when he's drunk, so please, make sure he's safe, okay?" Jimin said

"I promise. Thanks, Jimin." Jungkook said

Jungkook continued fumbling Jin's pockets for car keys and let out a sigh of relief when he found them in his back pocket.

"Why are you not touching my...
...ahhhh why are you touching my neck?? Oh my god? Do you like me??" Jin drunken said

Jungkook just completely ignored Jin and placed him inside the car.
And he was fastening his seatbelt when he wrapped his arms around Jungkook neck and pulled him closer to him, making he gasp in utter surprise.

"Where are you taking me Mister? Hmmm." Jin drunken said

Jungkook gulped several times as his eyes landed on Jin's lips. Jungkook heart was beating against his chest as he tried to restrain himself from kissing Jin on the spot as also he bit his own lower lip while looking all Jin dazed.

Because at that moment, Jungkook was holding on to the little string of self-control and if it snapped, He might do something he'd regret.
Jungkook immediately pushed Jin away and closed the door.

And Jungkook frustratingly ran a hand through his hair and tried calm himself down into humming a random song.

Jungkook couldn't just get inside the car at his current state because he couldn't guarantee that Jin would be safe from him.

Jungkook was drowned deep in his own thoughts when his phone rang. It was Yugyeom.

"Hello, Yugyeom?" Jungkook said

"Where are you right now? The group's out for a night out." Yugyeom said

"Seriously, a night out on a workday?" Jungkook said

"You know the guys. As long as they feel like going out, the day won't matter. So what time are you coming." Yugyeom suggest said

"I can't. I'm currently in a situation and I can't just leave him here." Jungkook said

"You're with him, right?" Yugyeom said

"Y-yeah." Jungkook said

"Jungkook, why don't you tell him the truth instead." Yugyeom said
