"Oh, come on. I'm his boyfriend. He even promised to marry me." The man said.

Jungkook his teeth even harder when the guy held Jin's hand as the latter served him a glass of orange juice.

He later on learned that the guy was called JiHoon, a close friend of the Kim SeokJin family.

"Thank you, Jin," JiHoon said but Jin gaze was on him the entire time.

"I'm older than you. Stop calling me that, JiHoon." Jin said

"Jungkook, do you want anything?" Jin asked

"Can you cook me a makguksu, Babe?" Jungkook said

"Okay. I'll be back." Jin said

Jungkook gaze never left Jihoon who cockily held his glass of juice, his brow raised as he scanned his entire face.

"Jin hyung and I have been friends for so long but he never mentioned you to me." And also I can't know also he never mentioned me he has a pet." JiHoon said

And Jungkook just hid a smile as irritation crossed JiHoon's face and he held the glass tighter.

"He told me he'll marry me once I turn 22. I'm here for that." JiHoon said

"Why? How old are you now?" Jungkook said

"I'm turning 22 tomorrow." JiHoon said

"Okay." Jungkook said

Jungkook placidly leaned back on his seat and crossed his arms.

"Is that all you're gonna say?" Jungkook said

"Why? All Jin Hyung did was promise you. Promises are meant to be broken. responsibilities mustn't." JiHoon said

"What do you mean?" Jungkook said

"Jin hyung took my virginity so he better take responsibility for that. So I don't think you'll get the marriage you're asking for." JiHoon said

A tinge of crimson red started creeping into JiHoon's face while Jungkook just stifled a laugh.

"What are you talking about?" Jin asked as he entered with a hot plate of what Jungkook asked him.

"Thanks, Babe," Jungkook grinned as he ran a hand on his waist. "We're just talking about JiHoon turning 22 tomorrow." Jungkook said

"Aren't you too excited about that?" Jin said

"Jin hyung, you promised me you'd marry me when I turn 22, remember?" JiHoon said

Jin seemed to have contemplated for a while before finally remembering what JiHoon meant.

"I was just trying to pacify you that time. Wait, did you take that one seriously??" Jin said

JiHoon immediately placed the glass of juice with a thud and left his seat. The screeching sound of the chair reverberated in the room as JiHoon left in a hurry.

"JiHoon, wait!" Jin tried to follow him but Jungkook grabbed his hand.

"Babe, just give him some time." Jungkook said

"But--" Jin said

"He's just sulking for sure. He's gonna be fine later." Jungkook said

Jim ran a hand through his hair as he took a seat beside him.

"I didn't know he took that promise seriously. He was just 14 at that time." Jin said

"Babe, you're not supposed to promise things like that." Jungkook said
