A/n: pumping out chapters faster than jaune's mom was pumping out kids, hope you all enjoy, i'm going to be restructuring the story for the volume a little bit so ironwood doesn't seem that much of an asshole, it's more a civil war kind of thing rather than a full on dictator move, there's a turning point for one of the characters that really changes the ideals of how the tide is run, so i hope you guys enjoy that

*Atlas*

In atlas academy, Keith sat in his dorm room in the early morning, he sat on the edge of his bed with his blade in hand, he stared at his reflection on the steel and sighed to himself, he kept replaying the conversation he had with ruby, as much as he wanted things to be the way they were, things were extremely different now and they both had their own tasks to do. He heard stirring from above him and he saw legs dangling from the top bunk, it was Oscar waking up, the farm boy hopped down and walked over to the closest to get his clothes

Keith: Up early too?

Oscar: Back on my aunt's farm, I'd wake up around this time to feed the animals...

Keith: Old habits huh... Back at beacon... Before everything went bad and i was even a student, oz... he'd wake up early and have me train with him... Hell i'd take so many beatings but i wouldn't be the fighter i am without his teachings...

Oscar: Yeah, just don't go that hard on me when we're training...

Keith: Nice try kid, but if you're gonna be a help around here in atlas, you need to get your bearings and start fighting like a huntsman.

Oscar: Still don't think i'm cut out for this but i'm glad you believe in me...

Six: Do you two ever shut up... Some of us are trying to get some sleep before duty calls...

The two boys look over at six who was slowly getting up from her bed, she rubbed her eyes and started fixing up her hair in a ponytail.

Keith: Sorry, did we wake you princess? You see me and oscar are something you call a "huntsman" and we get up "early"

Six: Ha ha, very funny... I'll have you know i've been awake for the last two hours using my scroll under my blanket so i guess i'm the one who gets the worm huh?

Keith shakes his head and laughs to himself, he looks over at the bunk above six at the sleeping neo, he walks over and he shakes her awake and the mute girl smacks in the face as she jolts up awake.

Keith: Come on, get dressed, we've got huntsman work to do...

Neo begins to sign

Neo: "No, you've got huntsman work to do, i don't have my license"

Keith: Okay, smartass... Come on you need to get up

Neo caress keith's cheek while making puppy dog eyes at him while signing with her other hand.

Neo: "Please, five more minutes..."

Keith: No...

Neo makes an annoyed face at him before pulling her hand back grabbing her sheets and turning to the other side, Keith sighs to himself and scoops her up from the bed and tosses her on the floor.

Keith: Rise and shine...

Neo crosses her arms and pouts at him which causes Oscar and Six to giggle amongst themselves, suddenly they hear a loud horn through the walls across the hall, Six face palms and shakes her head knowing exactly who this was, out across the hall was team arcc's room and commando stood front in center in the middle of the room with a horn sound playing from his scroll.

Commando: Alright maggots, up and at em!

Coda: For fuck sake... I did not miss this!

Coda shot up from his bed rubbing his hands through his air with notable bags under his eyes, Rick rolled over in bed and faced the wall which caused commando to come up to him and blast the sound in his ear, Adam slowly got up not paying any mind to the chaos, he stared at the floor and took a deep breath before reaching over to floor grabbing a metal briefcase holding his prosthetic, he puts it on and his team prepare to get dressed. Meanwhile in team rwby's dorm, Penny had snuck in and gleeful shouted while standing in the middle of the room.
