The first training

The first day went pretty well.
They showed me my room, the Baracks, the kitchen, the living room, the small medical bay, the training rooms, the conference rooms and the office.

There was not much more on the base.
It was a small base but I liked it.
I started unpacking my things and getting comfortable in my room.

Price helped me a lot.
We talked a lot.
I had really missed him.
He was almost like a dad to me even when he wasn't even that old.
In the evening we all met to get dinner in the kitchen.
I talked a lot with Soap and Roach.

They are pretty funny.
König talked not much.
Until we went in the living room and I got to talk to him alone for some time.

He was really nice.
But still very distant.
What was no problem at all.
I had the feeling he was much more open and comfortable when I spoke to him in German.

Ghost didn't talked a word to me that day.
I saw how he observed me.
Following every movement, listening to every word I spoke.
I supposed this was his way of getting an image of me.

The next day I woke up really early.
I was excited.
First training.
I had to make a good impression.
I got out of bed, took a shower and got dressed.

My usual stretchy cargos, a tight black tshirt and some sneakers.
I braided my hair in one braid.
It always took some time.
I wasn't the most skilled braider but it worked on my middle length hair.
I put on my mask and made my way to the training rooms.
I was the first one to arrive and started to stretch.
One after one the others came along.
First Soap, Roach, König, Price and then Ghost.

„Alright. Lets see what you got. One on one against each of us."

I could clearly hear the amusement in Ghosts voice.
I smirked under my mask.
He clearly underestimated me.
This would be fun.

First of was Price.
I could tell he wasn't even trying.
I took him down in no time.

„Come on J.P. You didn't even try."

I scolded him.

„Im sorry I'm too old for this"

this was clearly the dumbest excuse I ever heard.

Next on was Soap.
He wasn't a big challenge either.
He wasn't every quick.
I was behind him in no time and had him on his knees.

„Whoa whoa easy."

he smirked as I held my hand around his neck.

Roach was more of a fight.
He was quick.
I expected it to get more complicated because the others could watch my moves.
He blocked me so that I couldn't get behind him.
So I had to take other options.

Gladly he wasn't that tall.
So I pretended to go straight for his head.
His cover went straight up.
That gave me time to quickly change direction and go for his legs.
With a big thrust he landed on the ground.
My foot on his head.

„Clever."

he laughed.

Next off König.
I had thought of how to take him down a lot.
He was too tall.
It wouldn't be easy to get a grip of him.

He obviously blocked my way so I couldn't get behind him.
But I also was to quick for him to just grab.

I analysed his posture.
I took the risk and took the hight difference for my side.
I slid between his leg to get behind him.
This took him off guard.
I gave him a hard kick in the knee bend to bring him down to my size.
With that it was no problem to put him completely down.
Even then it took all of my strength to keep him down.

I was panting.
But proud.
I did it.

The others cheered for me.
I catched my breath.
I needed the concentration.

Last of was Ghost.
He would be hard.
I knew it somehow.

It went back and forth a couple times.
He was quicker than I expected.
I had to think of something new.
He suddenly peaked forward, gripping me and lifting me up.
He clearly wanted to throw me down that I would get no air and give up.

I quickly reacted and kicked my feet in his stomach, giving me force to lift me even higher.
I made a spin grabbing his arm with me and rotating it on his back.
He fell on his knees.
I had liftet me up on his shoulders, my legs tight around his neck, his arm painfully rotated to the back.

He didn't even made a sound.
But he clearly struggled.
I was sweating.
I had to bring up all my strength.
He just wouldn't go down.

I slid down further so his neck was between my thighs, I squeezed thight.
He wouldnt have much air left.
He had to give up at one point or he would suffocate.
It took awful long.
Why wasn't he tapping out?
After what felt like an eternity he finally tapped out.
I let go of his arm and jumped off of his shoulders.
I was panting.
This was hard.

Silence.

Then everyone in the room cheered.
Even the other teams.
I just now realised everyone in the room had watched us.

„Damn you're the first one ever to get him to tap out"

Soap cheered.

I was still panting and catching my breath.
I literally felt him standing behind me.

„My respect. A pretty unconventional way but efficient"

Ghost said cold.

„Thank you sir."

I panted

„But I have to admit it wasn't easy. You're strong"

„At least I don't have to worry that we have to look after you all the time"

he snarled.
My look got darker.
This comment was highly unnecessary.

„You won't!"

I barked back.
My eyes met his.
I could see his annoyance.
It took all my mental strength to not say anything else. And it looked like he was in the same state.
Great I was annoyed of him already.
