The Wedding

„Oh my god. Is it hot in here? It is right?"

„Liz calm the fuck down already!"

„I should have listened to Soap and we should just get married in our gear"

„Over my dead body! You look amazing"

I looked in the mirror.
I really looked good.
But the nervousness made me almost throw up.

The simple white silky dress was amazing.
The little flower crown in my hair was too cute.
I looked like a fairy.

I would get married in an hour.
I couldn't sit still, much to Vanessa's dismay.

I stopped walking up and down as it knocked.

„Yeah?"

„Can I come in? Everyone dressed?"

Königs voice was sweet but joking.

His eyes sparkled bright as he entered the room.

„Wow. You're the two most beautiful women I have ever seen"

I smiled bright up to him.
It was so strange to see him completely without mask.
I hadn't even asked him for this.
It was his decision.

„You ready? Everything ok? Something needed?"

„Someone to knock me out"

I joked but he frowned slightly.

„I'm nervous König"

„Of course you are. This is a big day. But see it as the start of something new"

I took a deep breath.
He pressed a kiss on Vanessa's lips and winked at me.

„See you later"

I smiled slightly.

„Come on. Everything's fine Liz."

Vanessa said soft.

It didn't worked.

I was nervous the whole time and it got even worse as I walked outside to the backyard where everyone was waiting.
On the back door Price waited for me.

„Ready princess?"

He held out his hand for me.
I had to gain all my strength to not just fully cry.
What didn't stopped him from crying.

„You look so amazing. I can't believe this is happening"

I locked my arm with his and smiled.

I laughed loud and we started walking.
Seeing Simon in a suit made not crying almost impossible.
And I wasn't the only one.
I could see in Simon's face he was seconds away from crying.

The warm fall day was perfect.
Everything was like golden brown.

Soap and Roach where full on crying, almost laying in each others arms.
Noctis sitting right beside Simon.

Price handed me over to Simon.

„This is your responsibility now.

Price almost sobbed.
Simon smiled bright and took my hand.

I smiled up to Simon with a glowing smile.

„I never thought you could get any more beautiful. But look at you"

he smiled.

„Wouldn't have thought you in a suit would be so hot"

I winked.
He chuckled sweet.

The ceremony wasn't long.
But hella boring.
They only catched my attention when it came to the vows.

Simon pulled out the rings.

„My love.
I had never thought to find someone like you.
That accepts me the way I am.

He slid the ring on my finger.
I took a deep breath.

„My Simon.
As we met I really thought you were the biggest asshole in this universe.
And nonetheless you managed to let me fall in love with you so hard.
And I fall in love with you every day over and over again.
You saved my life and my soul.
You're my peace and my happy place.
I will love you in every possible lifetime"

I slid the ring on his finger.
This time he couldn't help but let fall a couple of tears.

„And with that I am happy to pronounce you Mister and Misses Riley"

With that Simon pulled me into a deep kiss.

It felt like it lasted forever.
And this was my forever.
My perfect forever.
My family.
My everything.
