Harry

"Oh, my god." I couldn't hold the uneasiness as we entered the holding rooms for the mentally disabled wizards who were dangerous to the world. I'm going to bury Henris alive.

"Here." He handed me a bag, "C-Clothes." My heart sank further, "Room twenty-six." He pointed and I started running. I couldn't breathe. How could I have let something so horrible happen to her? I promised to protect her! My feet didn't stop, nor did the weakness from earlier control my stamina. I finally reached the door to my left and yanked it open, becoming aware of the darkness. The lights were off.

"Who-Whoever you are... Please dont turn the light on..."

I knew I was crying now. Her voice held so much pain.

"Gin, it's me." I released a little spark of light in the room and it found her in a corner, crouched, facing away. She had a black blanket wrapped around her. I shut and locked the door before walking to her and sitting on a knee behind her, "Look at me, please." I gulped. She turned her head and then slowly her body, still holding the blankets close, however, I could see a white dress under. A hospital gown.

"Harry?" She blinked.

"It's me." Her face seemed normal, except the paleness of having changed back. It'd only been a day since she'd transformed.

"Is... Albus okay?" She asked, "Frederick told me about your condition. I was so worried." She held my face.

"What about you? Look at you." I dropped my forehead to hers.

"Hey, this was cozier than in a forest." She joked and I kissed the tear that fell on her cheek.

"I'll kill him." I answered and she blinked, slowly falling into me and wrapping arms around my waist, under my coat.

"Harry... lets take the deal." I froze and looked down, "Let them detain me. We promised each other that we'll always protect our kids. If this is what it takes then I want us to take the deal. End my Albus' torture. He doesn't deserve it."

"Funny, he's out there threatening me to not even think of the deal."

"He's a kid. He's impulsive."

"Why can't you admit that your son loves you, Ginny?" I gulped.

"I do believe that." She moved and showed her face again, "I do but why does he have to pay a price for that?"

"You were supposed to be the smart one, telling me that ours is a relationship that isn't one sided. That both have something to offer, sacrifice and gain." I explained, "You're being impulsive and so is he. And there's someone in the middle who's taking advantage of that. Rather than striving to change completely or giving ourselves up, why don't we pluck that little bug from the middle, huh?" I asked and she bit her bottom lip.

"I'm sorry." She gulped harshly.

"Me too. And Albus did it, Ginny. He transformed."

"C-Completely?" She gasped.

"Yeah." I nodded.

"He isn't hurt, is he?" She asked and I shook my head.

"Just waiting for you." I wiped the tears on her face and she nodded, satisfied with my answer.

"Let's go home, Ginny." I showed her the bag. She reached for the bag but I pulled it back, "I'll help."

"Thank you." She smiled and I helped her to her feet. She stumbled a little but gained her footing with my help. The blanket had already dropped and my spell brightened the corner for us a little. Making sure I was covering her, I pulled her gown off and she wore the t-shirt and I helped her with the pants, frowning at the piece of thick bandage on her thigh, "Just a small scratch while transforming." She grinned. I held her leg and kissed the piece of gauze. Pulling her pants up, I tied the string and made her wear the robe on top, "Good?" She asked.
