Candice
No one from the Wizengmot spoke a word as Uncle Harry and Dad helped Albus out.
"Candice, come on!" I turned and Rose was at the door with Scorpius. I followed them out of the double doors, now standing in the small hall across the chimney from which Dad came out but only by himself.
"W-Where is he?" Scorpius asked.
"St. Mungo's."
"No. I..." He turned and Uncle Harry came with a bloodied up Albus, "Please come with me." He looked at us. Scorpius jogged to him and held him up with a tight hug.
"Good lad." He spoke and I reached along with Rose. As soon as he pulled out of Scorpius, I took him up and our hug went the wrong way. His bloody side was pasted along my body and he was heavy to say the least.
"You did it, Al." I murmured.
"You scream a lot." He mumbled, "I had to."
I snorted and squeezed him again.
"You smell disgusting." I hummed.
"You're welcome." He moved out and there was blood on half his face as well. Was he hurt under all that? I couldn't tell. Rose was the next and took the cleaner side, still getting smeared lightly like Scorpius. He smiled and then blinked, rather slowly.
"He's gonna collapse." Uncle Harry grunted, quickly swooping under his arm and cradling him up in his arms.
"Follow us." Uncle Harry spoke right before he roared St. Mangos and disappeared with Albus.
"H-He was so.... b-loody." I gulped and looked at my hand. The blood started fading like paint washing off of my skin and then it was as if I'd never been covered in the red.
"You kids go on ahead." Dad squeezed my shoulder and Scorpius took Rose away. I turned to face him and he was looking down at me with a calm face.
"Did you... do this?"
"Yeah." He nodded, "Except that was my second last task. I was practically turning at my will by then."
I nodded, unable to fathom their pains.
"You know who was here for me? Watching through the benches and taking me to the hospital?"
I looked up.
"Ginny." He smiled, "That is why I don't want to back off from Albus' growth and also that is why I'm sure that Albus will pull through as well. He's a strong kid but he won't be able to carry all of you, honey."
"I'm sorry. I didn't mean to be so aggressive. I just.."
"Hey, I get it." He snickered, "If your mum were to be out there, I won't be steady either."
"Oh... erm, dad we're just friends."
My heart was pounding and then Jason's face came to mind.
"Oh, my God, I have to tell Jason!"
"Huh?" Dad was about to speak but at my outburst, he frowned, "Who?"
"My boyfriend, remember?"
"Your what now?" He gasped, his eyes growing wide.
"Boyfriend, dad. Mum didn't tell you? I wrote to you guys." I frowned and his eyes widened.
"Y-You have a boyfriend? A boy? A boyfriend..."
