Jason

"You should eat..." I felt a tap on my head and looked up at Ginny Weasley, sitting down on a chair with a glass of water. I'd been living with the Weasleys for over two months now. No where had come to mind, in books or anywhere for my return. I wasn't sure whether I was changing time so I kept my words silent about my future.

"I'm not hungry." I mumbled.

"Jason... you're close to malnutrition now. Please. Don't do this." She requested. I looked up and her voice was as nice as the expression on her face.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Yes."

"You were an apprentice, correct? So you must have a lot of knowledge of dark arts?"

"Hopefully." She nodded.

"Is there some kind of curse that could put someone in a nightmare?"

"Many."

"And all of them support the control of the castor on the dream?" I gulped.

She nodded.

"Why?"

"I just heard about it once from my.,. Boyfriend. Erm,Heh... kind of wishing this was something like that." I reasoned an excuse, though most of my words held truth, "He said the only way out would be death in the dream."

"Jason, you're not living a nightmare. Don't confuse yourself with this. It will cost you everything and gain you nothing." She assured. I think I am. If you knew where I've come from, you'd believe me. But there is no way to explain it to you. I need to find family in this year of my time. I need to find a way to die. "Jason, do you know anyone from your friends' side? Someone who helped you meet them at the orphanage? Any-"

"Henris!"

"Sorry?"

"Ginny, I need you to help me find Feckle Henris."

"So, that's the issue. He says Feckle Henris is his uncle and he needs to have a word with him." Ginny explained to Harry Potter, who eyed me curiously.

"If he is your uncle, why hasn't he come forward for you?" He asked.

"He broke ties with our family a while back but he's all I have at the moment and I'd like to know what I can do with my life and living situations. Please understand." I was desperate and only thinking of a way out. Telling them the truth wouldn't make sense and I felt as though I really couldn't waste time, explaining more and more.

"What makes you think he'd help n-"

"Damn it, I don't know!" I snapped and instantly regretted it. My eyes were heating up and I couldn't help but miss the entire bundle of friends I'd left behind, "I don't know." I sobbed, "I just want to go home! I..." I grumbled and dropped back in the chair, "Mr. Potter, please."

"Okay."

I gasped, looking up as Ginny put a glass of water in front of me.

"Don't cry. We were just concerned." She smiled and I nodded. Mrs. Potter in my time, smiled just like so. As if she already understood my pain and didn't need many proofs to clarify my status in her eyes. Albus always said that Mrs. Potter had grown softer to Slytherin kids since Albus was a part of it. Since she never denied it, I believed him. I could've accused her of biased behavior but according to history, Mrs. Potter was betrayed and hurt, several times by kids from Slytherin's house, and that too being Scorpius' family. If her perspective changed because of her son, I guess that was a good enough thing already. A legendary Gryffindor took a Slytherin like myself in and even now, she was smiling at me, though I wore a Gryffindor tie this time but I guess it helped hide my identity.
