CHAPTER TEN ; LOCKED IN
———

They had stopped by Bobby's after their hunt, and right now Dean, Bobby and Sam were in the kitchen having a beer while Selene sat on the couch. Selene paid no attention to any of them, only looked off in the distance and couldn't be bothered to pretend she was listening.

Since she was so zoned out and so quiet, it made it easy to sneak away from the boys. They didn't even notice her stand up and walk out the front door.

Selene steps outside into the newly dim area, the sun was setting casting an orange glow over the cars that was surrounding her. Selene started walking, taking in the evening hair as the breeze kissed her skin and played with her hair. Selene started walking around the rusted and beaten down cars until she found a spot that wasn't lit by any lights and out of view from the house, it would give her the privacy to do what she would need to do.

By the time Selene was out there, she had everything she needed since she had made a stop to the Impala and took the supplies. Selene put the bag she had grabbed on the ground, pulling out the piece of chalk and started to draw the sigil. She did the rest casually, looking around her every so often to see if she was being watched.

Once it was all down, and every candle was lit, Selene stood to her feet. Holding her breath as she felt a sense of dread filling in her bones, this wasn't what she wanted but she needed answers. She needed to know what was being kept from her.

"Hello, witch." The raspy and bone chilling voice sounded from in front of her, Azazel stood before her. His eyes as yellow as ever as a grin plastered his face, "Miss me already?"

"I have questions." Selene started, getting to the point and not having time nor the energy to be dealing with him. Dean, Bobby or Sam could walk out here any minute and see what she has done.

Azazel stepped to the side, leaning over the car's to catch a glimpse of the house where Sam could be seen in the window. "The boy's alive. So far, job well done." Azazel commented, ignoring her eagerness for some answers.

"Something happened with Sam," Selene started, catching Azazel's attention. He now seemed interested, he seemed to actually want to hear what she had to say, "Sam was having a vision and when I touched I...I could see it. I could feel it."

Azazel's face turned to a sort of sick joy, like this was all going as planned and Selene just wasn't in on it. "I had my theories, but this just confirms them."

"Confirms what? What is happening?" Selene asked, her voice raising a little as she demanded answers. She not only needed them but she craved them, something was going on with her and Sam she's felt it this whole time. It's like a tingle in her veins, but after she touched Sam and saw his vision, something inside her got kick started. She hasn't felt the same since. "I need to know."

"You're a needy little witch aren't you." Azazel insulted, but Selene didn't care she only cared about what it was he knew and she didn't. Selene stared him down, not showing any other emotion expect determination. "Alright, alright fine. You caught me in a talkative mood,"

Azazel stepped towards her dangerously, she didn't like the way he was looking at her or the way his grin beamed. Made her think that this is what he wanted, was for her to ask and for the pieces to start falling in place.

"What do you know about true born witches?" Azazel asked, raising a brow in curiosity.

Selene shrugged her shoulders slightly, "Besides that they're evil, nothing I guess." It was the truth, that is about all she knows. Selene knows she's a true born, she knows that at the end of the road isn't sunshine and rainbows waiting for her, it's all darkness and evil. It's written in her stars.
