Princess Ava’s POV’
Dumating na ang araw ng pagtitipon, ilang oras na lang at patutungo na kami kung saan ito magaganap.
Katatapos lang akong ayusan ng mga tagapagsilbi. I stare at my reflection in my crystal mirror. Light blue colored eyes are staring back at me. Sunod sunod ang malalim kong magpahinga habang nakatitig sa salamin.
Nang May humawak sa aking balikat. Iniangat ko ang aking paningin at nakita ang repleksyon ni Reggie sa salamin.
“ You can do this your Highness” he said with his reassuring voice. Bahagya itong ngumiti upang ako ay pakalmahin. Na naging epektibo.
Tinanggal na niya ang kaniyang kamay sa aking balikat at tumayo ng matuwid habang nasa likod ang kaniyang kamay.
“ On this day on I will be a Loyal servant and Advicer to you your Highness”
I chuckled and stood up to face Reggie.
“ Thanks Reggie, ” tangi ko nalang nasambit. ‘I know you will, because you always are’
Just a few moments later, someone knocked on my Door. When the door opened , my Father’s chief guard peeked in. Agad akong pumayag ng ipagpaalam nito Reggie sa akin.
A few moments later Princess Eleanor entered my room, wearing a dress with her favorite color. Light pink.
Light make up is applied on her face and her hair is fixed to a ban. Ang kulot nitong baby hair ay mas bumagay sa kaniya. A Tiara was place on her blonde hair.
She hugged me and I hug her back.
Nang bumitaw na ito.
She told me not to be nervous, but it’s very obvious that she is. Because of her uncontrollable nail bitting.
I chuckled and do the breathing exercise with her.
“I just can’t believe that the whole village, will see you without a mask.”
“I’m already proud of you Ava. Your are so brave to come up with this decision.”
Ngumiti ako sa kaniya.
“ Siyempre hindi ko magagawa itong lahat kung wala ang tulong ninyo na nagpalakas ng loob ko.”
“Wait before I forgot, the twins are asking if they can go home to see their mother” Princess Eleanor reminded me.
I smile to here as I sat down on the edge of my bed.
She did the same.
I sign as I remember a bad news, well not that bad. It is somewhat disturbing.
“ I secretly went back to the village. I already check their house. But she’s not still home. Namomroblema na nga ako kung paano ko ipapaliwanag sa kambal na wala pa ang kanilang ina. Lumipas na ang kabilugan ng buwan, lumampas na siya sa pinag usapan na babalikan niya ang kaniyang mga anak.”
Naupo narin sa tabi ko si Eleanor. “Maybe something just came up? That she needed to go away for a long time” sbit ni Eleanor.
“ Big sister, don’t worry to much about it. I’m sure she will come back sooner or later.”
Ilang segundo ng katahimikan ang bumalot sa aming dalawa.
“ You know about the girl who pretend to be you right?” She ask
“ yes.. what about her”
Lumapit siya sa akin at bumulong.
