While Maya was gone with Abby, we started figuring out what we wanted for dinner. Who's got ideas for dinner mom asked.

Pasta Dallas said. Oh that sounds good right now Madison said agreeing. Yeah all of us said. Ok pasta it is, do we want a vegetable dish too Dianna asked.

Oh how about a sir fry Kelli suggested. Ok now we're talking Jake said chuckling. Ok pasta and a stir fry it is mom said. Whoever wants to help let's go Dianna said getting up.

Yes ma'am most of us girls said getting up and following her into the kitchen. We washed our hands first and then grabbed everything we needed to start cooking.

Once we had everything, Maya came over with a very excited Abby. Uh oh, someone has energy smackle said chuckling. It's the sugar from the popsicle kicking in Shannon said chuckling.

You got that right Maya said chuckling. Have you girls washed your hands mom asked them. Of course we have right Abby maya said. Yeah, see Abby said showing mom her hands.

Oh so clean and fresh mom said chuckling. Ok, the stir fry is going to take the longest so let's start with that Dianna said. Good idea Dallas said.

We split into two groups, one doing the sauce and the rest of us cutting up all the vegetables. After about 15 minutes of prep, it was cooking so we moved onto getting the pasta started.

While we were doing the pasta, Shannon put some homemade garlic bread into the oven. After about 30 minutes, everything was just about ready and we were dishing it all up.

When we were just about done, mom called the boys in and had them all wash their hands. Once their hands were clean, they sat at the table and we brought them all a plate of food.

After all of them had plates, we sat down with them and started eating. This looks pretty good guys dad said. It tastes even better than it looks Zay said stuffing more food in his mouth.

Dude, slow down before you choke Lucas said chuckling. And eat with your mouth closed, geez man Sarah said chuckling. He swallowed and then said sorry.

Moving on, everyone let's eat mom said chuckling. Yes ma'am we all said and started eating. It was so good and we were all so hungry all of us were practically scarfing it down.
