Once Abby was done on the toilet, I cleaned her up and helped her off. I helped her with her pull up, then she insisted on pulling her pj pants up so I let her.

I did it mama she said excited. Yeah you did, remember what we do next I asked her. We flush she said, doing it.

Yeah we do I said. Now we wash our hands mama she said. That's right baby, I said scooping her up and bringing her over to the sink.

I washed both our hands with soap quickly, and abby was full of giggles. Mama she said giggling. What I asked. You got me mama she said giggling, pointing at her forehead.

Oh, mama accidentally put soap on your forehead I said chuckling wiping it off. Yeah she said giggling. How's that I asked her. Better mama she said giggling.

That's good, all done baby I said putting her down on the ground for a second. When I turned the water off, I grabbed a towel so I could dry both our hands.

I dried mine first and then had Abby give her hands to me. Mama she said. Yes baby I asked her. Why do we have to be quiet she asked.

Because it's still a little early baby, everybody is still sleeping I said. When will they wake up she asked, curious. In a little bit, then we can have some yummy breakfast I said.

Yay she cheered excited. Let's go back to dada I said opening the door and letting her out. She ran out and back over to the bed where Jake was, while I slowly walked over.

Come here big girl, Jake said picking her up and sitting her in his lap. Dada she squealed, giggles as he tickled her sides. Uh oh, dada got you Abby I said chuckling sitting down.

Abby, get mama Jake said to Abby quietly but I still heard it. Ok she said giggling and came over to me. Once she got close, she jumped into my lap.

Geez I said chuckling. I got you mama she said giggling. You did, cheeky girl I said tickling her sides. Mama she squealed giggling. I stopped after a moment and let her breathe.

Dada, story Abby asked. You wanna read a story now he asked her. Uh huh she said shaking her little head yes. Ok, go pick a story baby I said putting her down in the floor. Ok mama she said, running over to her story books to pick a few.
