The stuffed potatoes have black beans, cherry tomatoes, corn, cilantro, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, avocado, lime juice, olive oil and of course sweet potatoes since that's what we had to work with.

Dallas even made a basic sour cream for the potatoes which she made with coconut milk yogurt, lime juice and salt. It was pretty basic but so good with the potatoes.

And for the chilli, it had soy mince, kidney beans, chopped tomatoes, vegetable stock, bell peppers, carrots, onions, garlic cloves, tomatoes paste, chilli peppers, olive oil, paprika and salt.

As for the bread rolls, they're just made of gluten free all purpose flour, yeast, cane sugar, sea salt water, and coconut milk. Obviously they have some melted butter on the inside, which makes them even better.

I think it's safe to say we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner, because everything in our plates was basically gone within a few minutes. I don't know about anyone else but I'm stuffed dad said.

Me too Auggie said, and burped. Oh, excuse you little man Sarah said chuckling. Sorry he said giggling. I'll take it as a compliment Dianna said chuckling.

We still have so much left Eddie said chuckling. That can stay left overs, I can't eat anymore right now Dallas said chuckling. If someone needs a midnight snack, go ahead and eat it if you wish mom said chuckling.

That's one way to get rid of it Paris said chuckling. Exactly Maya said chuckling. Ok, help me clean up guys Dianna said. Yes ma'am we all said getting up, and putting our dirty dishes into the dishwasher.

Once they were all in, we cleaned up any mess that was made while we were eating. And Maya cleaned up Abby who managed to get sauce all over her little face.

I think it's safe to say little miss enjoying her food Kelli said chuckling. I think you might be right Maya said chuckling, as she clean Abby's face and hands.

When Abby was all clean, Maya put her down and as usual she ran over to her dada, wiping her wet hands on him. Hey, you cheeky little monkey come here Jake said chuckling, playing chasing her around the kitchen.

After a few minutes he scooped her up and started tickling her belly. Dada she squealed in between giggle's. Even when she's not feeling good Abby's still full of giggles Shannon said chuckling.
