The pasta has red pepper, zucchini, broccoli, onion, garlic cloves, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, vegetable bouillon powder, canned coconut milk, and of course gluten free pasta.

And the stir fry has broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, sugar snap peas, onion, red bell peppers, olive oil, and sesame seeds.

For the sauce, it was soy sauce, water, brown sugar, toasted sesame seeds oil, minced garlic, fresh ginger and cornstarch.

And last but not least the garlic bread. I think it's safe to say we all enjoyed the meal, but it was all gone in a matter of minutes.
