Everybody knows the story of Harry Potter "The Boy Who Lived" but this story is about another. In this story, there was another prophecy, a prophecy that would intertwine the fates Voldemort's twin sister Medusa and this boy.
What the Dark Lords do...
September the 1st came around quickly after our visit to Diagon Alley. Hermione, Kaden, and I already read through the books for the year so we felt prepared going into the start of term. Unfortunately, mum and dad had a busy day at the office, starting with a wisdom tooth extraction at 9:00am so Hermione and I would be going to King Cross with the Barnes'.
Luckily we were early enough getting to the train we were able to find a compartment rather easily so the three of us sat down and waited for our other friends before we would make our way back to Hogwarts.
A little while later, we were joined by Aurora who looked happy to see us. She sat next to Kaden and greeted us" Hello Hermione, hello Naomi, Hello Kaden." She said and added a smile at the end as she locked eyes with Kaden.
'Those two are so cute together. Hermione and I have to get them together.' I thought as I observed them.
We all responded to her greeting. "Hello Aurora."
"Did you have a good rest of your summer?" Hermione asked her.
"Yes, it was very lovely. I read through the course material already." She responded with a smile towards Hermione.
"It took every ounce of restraint in me to not burn Lockhart's books." Kaden said as Hermione looked at him shocked.
"WHAT?" His books were fantastic. I enjoyed reading them.
"Oh please don't tell me you believe a thing he wrote in those books."
"Of course I did! He did so many great things. I'm sure he'll teach us so much." Hermione exclaimed.
"I'm sure he will." Kaden said as he looked out the window annoyed.
This was the first time since all three of us met that Hermione and Kaden had a disagreement. It worried me because as reckless as Kaden can be, he was always logical and level headed. Hermione was always the smartest out of all of us but even I have a hard time believing what Lockhart did in his books.
The train lurched to life as we started our way to Hogwarts. Surprisingly, we didn't see Harry or Ron yet.
"Guys, do any of you know where Harry and Ron are?" I asked as everyone looked to me.
"I haven't seen them but I did see Fred and George walk by so I'm sure they'll be along soon" Aurora said as she placed her head on Kaden's shoulder.
"Time will tell I guess." I said as we continued our journey to the school
An hour went by and we still haven't seen Harry and Ron until...
"Uh girls, there's a flying car out there." Kaden said as he was looking out the window and sure enough there was a blue car flying through the air and it looked like Harry and Ron were in the car.
