Kaden POV:

Since returning home from Hogwarts, things have been crazier than ever. My eye face was still recovering and it's starting to scar over. I haven't really been able to sleep because because every time I close my eyes, I'm back in the graveyard. Hermione and Naomi have been doing the best they could to help cheer me up and get my mind away from that night but I feel like it's all my fault that the dark lords are back. I couldn't do anything to prevent them from coming back and because of that, so many people were now in danger.

"Kaden, there's someone here to see you!" Dad shouted from downstairs.

"Coming, dad." I shouted back.

I stared at my reflection in the mirror at my scaring face and let out a deep sigh before walking out of the bathroom connected to my room and out of my room to go downstairs.

When I got downstairs, I saw the one person I wanted to see more than anyone right now.

"Aurora..."

I ran to her and hugged her as tight as I could with silent tears coming from my eyes and getting onto her shirt.

"What's wrong handsome?" She asked pulling away.

"I can't sleep anymore... Every time I close my eyes I'm back there and all of the pain comes back." I told her with tears still coming from my eyes.

"It's gonna be ok, I'm here now." She said giving me a reassuring smile.

Sky had come into the foyer Aurora and I were in with Tulip on her back who was giggling away. Sky came up to Aurora and I and pushed her head against ours giving both of us needed comfort. Storm had flown down as well and landed on Aurora's shoulder and rushed her beak against Aurora's face.

"I missed you guys too." She said petting both animals.

We continued to talk while I showed her around the house, I had shown her everything we had in the house since it was her first time here.

"And this is my room." I said gesturing to my bedroom.

"You have a good mix of magical and muggle things in here." She said walking around my room.

"Life is all about balance, is it now?" I asked with an eyebrow raised.

"Oh it is. And you have a lot of balancing to do since we've been apart for a few weeks."

Aurora walked up to me purposely swaying her hips more than usual.

"I-I do?" I asked.

"You do, my prince." She whispered in my ear before biting it.

"You're playing a dangerous game, princess."

"I know but I can't help it when those scars on your face make you look even more handsome than you already were."

"Is that so?"

She nodded before we crashed our lips together in a passionate kiss. We kept kissing as I led her over to the bed, when her legs hit the bed I gently pushed her onto the bed and got on top of her.

"What about now? Am I still handsome?"

"More than ever before."

We crashed out lips together again until she rolled us over. She was now on top of me and we resumed our snogging session. My hands were on her hips but she moved them down to her ass. I smirked into our kiss and give her bum a squeeze causing her mouth to open slightly as she let out a quiet moan. I took the opportunity to slip my tongue into her mouth and win dominance over hers.
