Harry POV:
The next morning, we met up with the Raven trio and went to the great hall for breakfast. When we got there and sat down a copy of the daily prophet was delivered to Hermione and she began to read it as Naomi and I talked.
"I don't believe it!" Hermione said slamming the paper down with an irritated look on her face.
"Ministry passes Educational Decree 23." Ron read. "Delores Umbridge appointed as Hogwarts High Inquisitor? The bloody hell does that mean?"
"It means were fucked." Kaden said reading the paper. "Apparently now she can inspect all professors and sack them if she feels they don't meet her requirements."
"You're joking right?" I asked.
"I'm afraid it's only going to get worse." Aurora said.
I felt a hand slip into mine and looked to see Naomi with a scared look on her face.
"I won't let anything happen to you, MiMi." I said kissing the side of her head.
After breakfast, we went to our classes and in Divination Umbridge began her investigation of the professors.
"Greetings my children." She said ignoring Umbridge for the time being. "I have sensed that many of you have transitioned into the beyond! Today we shall continue our interpretation of prophetic dreams. Please divide yourselves into groups and discuss your most recent night time visions using your text as a guide."
Ron and I opened our books and began to read through the text as we heard Umbridge start to question Trelawney.
"How long have you been at this post?" She asked.
"Nearly sixteen years I have been guiding the young seers who possess the inner sight."
I saw Umbridge start to take notes on her clipboard.
"I understand that you are the descendent of the famous seer Cassandra Trelawney, is that right?"
"I am."
"And you are the first since Cassandra to have the second sight?"
"These things tend to skip..." Trelawney stuttered. "Several... Generations."
"Of course."
The longer Trelawney's class, the more of a disaster it became.
"Could you predict something for me?" Umbridge asked.
"N-n-now?" Trelawney stuttered seemingly scared.
"Yes now." Umbridge said with her sick smile.
Trelawney took a moment then pointed a shaky finger towards Umbridge.
"I am afraid... you are in grave danger. You will be attacked." Trelawney finished dramatically.
"Will I now." Umbridge said writing notes on her clipboard.
"Well if that's the best you can do..."
We continued about our day until we got to potions. When we got there, we saw Umbridge was there to interview professor Snape.
"You applied first for the defence against the dark arts post, correct?" She asked.
"Yes." Snape said in a monotone.
"But you were unsuccessful." She said in a condescending tone.
"Obviously." Snape replied getting annoyed.
Ron let out a laugh with Snape right behind him. When Umbridge left, Snape took the book he was holding and...
