Kaden POV:
Christmas had come around and the four of us plus Elijah were all going home so we could spend Christmas with our families. Aurora and I were excited that we would be hosting our first holiday in our new home as well as gifting a new home to Harry and Naomi. Elijah was excited to see his parents again and couldn't wait to tell them all of the things he's learned from not only classes but from me as well.
Speaking of Elijah, I talked to McGonagall and she decided it would be best that I took Elijah and his parents to his vault at Gringotts so he can start using that and he can learn more about his ancestry.
The five of us were currently on our way down to the Hogwarts express so we could go back to London. Sky was trailing behind us as Storm was in Aurora's pocket and Phantom was in her cage clearly not happy about having to be in there.
"Are you excited?" Aurora asked no one in particular.
"For?" Naomi asked.
"Christmas of course!" Aurora exclaimed.
"I am!" Elijah shouted with a hand raised.
"We can see that, bud." I said with a laugh.
"Kaden, behave. He's allowed to be excited." Hermione scolded.
The five of us reached the train and entered a compartment with me putting everyone's things overhead since I was and I quote "The tallest." Before I put my trunk above, I took out a couple of books and handed them to Elijah.
"Ok Elijah, If you can it would be a big help if you read these two books over the holiday. They will help with control over more of your magical abilities you haven't been able to use yet." I explained as he listened intently.
"Okay, I can do that." He said carefully taking the books and started reading the one he currently has that I gave him.
Since I wouldn't be able to train Elijah over the holidays, I wanted him to read as much as he could so when we get back we could pick up right where we left off. He was making good progress and even started to show traces of his nonverbal magic. Sky was currently laying down on the floor as Phantom was asleep on Aurora's lap as Storm was curled up next to Aurora as she was sleeping.
As we continued on our journey back to London we talked about Christmas and we were all smiling at being together once again this year with no threats of potentially dying or being attacked. The train slowed as we arrived in Kings Cross.
I got everyone's things down and we walked out of the carriage and onto the platform before going through the barrier and entering the muggle world again.
"Elijah, would you like us to stay here until your parents get here?" Aurora asked.
"If you four don't mind?" He asked playing with his fingers.
"Of course we don't." Naomi said with a smile.
The four of us sat down on a bench with Elijah and people watched until two people walked up to us.
"Elijah dear, are you ready to go?" The woman asked.
"Hi mum! Hi dad!" He exclaimed getting up and hugging his parents.
"And who are these four, Eli?" The man asked.
"Oh right. Mum dad, this is Hermione, Naomi, Aurora, and Kaden." Elijah said introducing all of us.
"Pleasure to meet you both." I said getting up and shaking their hands.
"Kaden... Eli, is this the person you were talking about in your letters? The one who you said was like a big brother to you?" His father asked.
