Third Person POV:

After Kaden and Aurora's wedding in August, the newly married couple spent a month in Italy for their honeymoon. They spent that month touring the country spending a week in Florence, a week in Venice, a week in Tuscany, and a week finally a week in Rome. When they returned, they started working at the ministry. They worked side by side in the auror department and were trained by both of their parents and Sirius.

Aurora was doing her best to hide her pregnancy since she didn't want to be restricted to desk duty while there were still Death Eaters running around wizarding Europe. One day after work, the now married couple returned home with Kaden helping Dobby prepare dinner and Aurora sitting on the couch with their various pets.

"Hey, honey?" She called out while scratching behind Sky and Romeo's ears.

"Yes dear?" Kaden called back, as he moved around the island and stood behind his wife while placing his hands on her shoulders and gently started massaging.

"I was thinking..." She started as she relaxed in his gentle embrace and closed her eyes. "I want to have a dinner party for my birthday to announce my pregnancy to our friends and family."

"Okay..." He responded, still massaging her shoulders. "Do you want it here or at Castle Barnes?"

Aurora thought for a moment before she responded. "Here would be nice, that way I don't have to apparate with our child."

"Fair point." He replied leaning down and giving his wife's head a kiss. "I'll make it happen, darling."

"Thank you, honey." She said before moving her head up and kissing his lips in a sweet kiss. "I love you."

"I love you too." he replied, giving her another kiss on the lips. "Dinner's almost ready."

He offered his hand to his wife which she gladly accepted. They walked into the kitchen, hand in hand before they fed their respective pets and let their two flyers out to go hunt for the night.

"Dobby." Aurora called out when they sat down at the table to eat.

"Yes, princess Barnes." Dobby responded, bowing his head to one of his masters.

"Dobby." Kaden scolded lightly. "We've talked about this. You can call us Kaden and Aurora. There's no need to be formal with the two of us. We're family now."

"Yes, your grace..." Dobby said, still fumbling over his words. "...I mean Kaden."

"Come join us, Dobby." Aurora said with a smile on her face. Dobby's face lit up at the offer and he quickly climbed onto a chair and fixed himself a plate of the food he and Kaden prepared.

The married couple along with their house elf enjoyed the dinner they prepared, sharing stories of their day as well as previous adventures all three of them have been through. After dinner, they helped Dobby clean up and decided to take a walk along the beach with their various pets. Sky, Storm, Phantom, and Romeo followed their owners/parents as they walked hand in hand at a leisurely pace down the sandy shores.

The autumn evening was brisk and the wind and waves added to the occasional chill that coursed through their bodies. Kaden, being the gentleman his parents raised him to be, took off his jacket and placed it around his wife's shoulders as they walked and smiled at her when she pulled it tighter around herself.

"Thank you." She whispered and squeezed his hand in appreciation for his gesture.

"Anything for you, darling." He responded and pressed an affectionate kiss to her head. "Be honest with me, how are you feeling about being parents soon?"
