Kaden's Offer

Naomi POV:

It had been a couple of days since Ron had been poisoned and Hermione was spending her free time in the hospital wing since their friendship was now repaired. The rest of us were currently in the great hall for breakfast, Harry was reading the half-blood prince's book and had just came across a spell he had been reading about. It was a curse called "Sectumsempra" when Harry said that Kaden's head shot up and was now joining in on the conversation. Katie Bell just returned to the school after spending time at St. Mungo's, as she was passing us, Harry started talking to her.

"Hey Katie, are you sure you don't remember who gave you that necklace?" Harry asked.

"I'm sorry Harry but no. All I remember is going into the bathroom and then waking up in St. Mungo's."

Harry came back over to us and was about to sit back down when Malfoy walked into the great hall. He saw Katie and stopped, he looked different almost sickly. He glanced between Katie and us and bolted out of the hall. Harry didn't even spare us a glance and went after him.

"I'm going after him." I said getting up.

"I'll go with you, Sky with me." Kaden said getting up and following me out of the hall.

We were searching the corridors until we heard things break and the we heard...

"Sectumsempra!"

Kaden and I heard a thud and rushed into the bathroom and we saw Malfoy laying there bleeding.

"MiMi, get Harry out of here." Kaden said and I moved over to Harry and pulled him out of the bathroom.

I looked back to see Kaden crouched down and he started healing Malfoy. I lead Harry away from the bathroom and we turned a corner I spun around and pushed him against a wall.

"What the hell were you thinking?" I asked him angrily.

"I-I don't know." He responded.

"You could have killed him."

"Well he is working for Voldemort and Medusa."

"So that means he should die?" I asked.

"Maybe."

*SLAP*

"OW! What the hell MiMi?"

"You deserved that and more. I am so disappointed in you right now." I said walking away and leaving Harry to think about what he did.

I walked back to the great hall and I walked up to Aurora and saw Hermione was now sitting with her. When I sat down, I immediately started to cry.

"Naomi, what's wrong?" Hermione asked.

"It's H-Harry. He almost killed Malfoy." I said through tears.

"What do you mean?" Aurora asked.

"He used the spell he learned from the book. Malfoy was bleeding everywhere, Kaden started healing him but he told me to get Harry out of there. When I did I asked him if he thought he deserved to die, Harry said maybe." I explained.

"I'm gonna kill him." Hermione said getting angry.

"He needs to get rid of that book." Aurora said making Hermione and I nod in agreement.

Sky walked back into the hall and came up to the three of us and pushed her head up against me.

"Thank you Sky." I said rubbing her head.

"Sky, where's Kaden?" Aurora asked.

'He's taking Malfoy to the hospital wing. He's making his offer.'
