Chapter 36

Last we left off, the group ended up reuniting at the goal before Gloxinia and Drole split everyone into teams of two, with each team competing against another team. Luckily, the group managed to win each of their battles. However, when it was Escanor and Gowthers turn to fight, Gowther ended up forcing Escanor into his buff form, causing Escanor to then proceed to attack both Gloxinia and Drole, injuring them and shocking everyone.

We now see Gloxinia and Drole laying in a crater before Drole proceeded to look up angrily and Escanor.

Drole: How foolish. We were too distracted by that man's magical power. We never considered the possibility that he was aiming his attack at us.

Diane: What was that huge explosion just now? I don't understand what happened?

King: It was Escanor.

Ban: Crazy bastard, he just attacked the Ten Commandments.

Said Ban while smiling nervously.

Matrona: That man is out of his mind.

We then cut to Jericho and Hawk running over to  Escanor who was lying on the ground.

Jericho: Geez, you are completely insane, you know that?

Hawk: What are you anyway?

Ban: Hey, Captain, what should we do?

Asked Ban turning to Meliodas however he was surprised when he saw Meliodas gone from his spot.

That's when Meliodas landed before Drole and Gloxinia.

Meliodas: Let's get started. It's time for the real festival.

We then cut Mikaela and Ian who was in his Aizen form.

Aizen: ' So that's how it is—not bad, brother.'

Mikaela: Go time.

Said Mikaela before attempting to jump down there, and that's when he heard the sound of fingers snapping before finding himself in Liones, much to his shock and confusion.

Mikaela: What?

We then cut back to Vaizel as everyone looked on at Meliodas and Drole, who stood glaring at each other. That's when Meliodas jumped at Drole, causing Drole to try punching Meliodas away. However, Meliodas quickly repelled his fist with a kick. Undeterred, Drole attempted to strike Meliodas with his remaining three arms; however, Meliodas countered all three and then proceeded to run up Drole's body before uppercutting him, causing him to cough out blood shoving Ban.

Meliodas then proceeded to unsheathe Lostvayne as Drole tried to slap him away with two arms and proceeded to cut those arms off as the others looked on in awe.

Diane: Meliodas is rough. it's kinda scary

Slader: What monsters. they're unbelievable.

We cut to Drole who proceeded to lick his own blood.

Drole: You anticipate this?

Meliodas: Yeah, I've been waiting for this moment for the chance to catch you off guard and strike.

Said Meliodas shocking everyone.

Arthur: He's been planning this all along?

Gil: What is he talking about.

Meliodas: If me and Mika attacked you head-on, you'd have your guard up and be ready for us, right? And even though me and Mikaela could easily beat you, you would call the other Commandments complicating things, which is why, in order to get you to let your defenses down, I came here as someone who just wanted to have a little fun with his friends and son. Of course, I never mentioned this plan to any of them because that magic eye of yours would have seen through that right away. I'm pretty sure Mika figured the plan out on his own, but I wasn't worried because I knew you wouldn't be able to read his mind because of his demon and godess sides, meaning all I had to do was wait for you guys to leave yourselves exposed. Luckily, Escanor created the perfect opportunity.
