Last we left off, the epic showdown between the brothers, Meliodas and Ian, reached a fever pitch. After a series of devastating attacks and counterattacks, Ian ended up gaining the advantage and accidentally revealing the fact that Katherine was pregnant, which was one of the main reasons why Ian became Knull. And while that was happening, the Demon King ended up defeating Clear Wing, and just as he was about to attack Ian, Ian revealed that now that Clear Wing is dead, the energy it stored would be released at once. As the Demon King was about to use The Ruler, Ian used a forbidden spell to temporarily seal it away, causing the Dekon King to take the brunt of the attack. However, Meliodas ended up breaking out of the ice and absorbing a blast with his body, minimizing the Radius and Just as Ian was about to deliver the final blow, Meliodas ended up attacking Ian head-on; however, unbeknownst to Ian, it was a trick to gain Ian's attention so that he wouldn't sense Mikaela's arrival, and that's when Meliodas and the Demon King were moved away from Ian. Mikaela, in his Goddes Mode, unleashed a powerful slash of light at Ian.

We know to continue from where we left off with Mikaela launching a slash of light at Ian, who was completely caught off guard, allowing the slash to hit him dead on creating a powerful shockwave of light. The smoke then cleared, revealing Ian stunned from the attack with blood gushing from his shoulder while Mikaela landed in front of him and glared at him.

Mikaela: I'm not done.

Said Mikaela before attempting to unleash another light slash at Ian, the key word being attempting, as Ian managed to quickly recover and teleport behind Mikaela, dodging the attack. Mikaela then turned around and attempted to hit Ian with Star Breaker; however, Ian countered by turning around and proceeding to launch a slash of his own with Blizzard Edge coated in Frostfire. The two attacks clashed, creating a powerful shockwave of light and Frostfire. The smoke then cleared, revealing Mikaela and Ian locking blades, with Mikaela glaring at Ian with a blank expression while Ian simply smirked at him.

Ian: Well, well, well, it's good to see you again face-to-face Mikaela. Did Chimera entertain you?

Mikaela:...

Mikaela then proceeding to exert more force into his attack, allowing him to overpower Ian and push him back. Mikaela then proceeded to use Ray Stinger, launching a beam of light from his eyes at Ian, who quickly teleported away, dodging the attack. Ian behind Mikaela while floating in the air and launched a laser beam from his eyes like Mikaela did; however, Mikaela quickly turned around and used Full Counter, sending the attack back at Ian, who quickly dodged it by quickly descending to the ground as Mikaela turned to him and got into a battle stance.

Ian: Heh. This reminds me of our first fight at Vaizel, just like the last time you came to save your father before I could deliver the finishing blow.

Mikaela: Yes, except this time I'm going to win.

And while Mikaela and Ian stood off a couple of meters behind them, the two fists of earth from before resurfaced and revealed the heavily injured Meliodas and the still unconscious Demon King.

??: Looks like we made it just in time.

Said a voice causing Meliodas to turn around to see Gloxinia and Drole having just arrived.

Meliodas: Gloxinia, Drole, man, am I glad to see you guys right now.

Drole: the felling is mutual.

That's when Elizabeth joined the trio and used Invigorate on Meliodas healing his injuries.

Elizabeth: Meliodas, are you okay!?

Exclaimed Elizabeth in concern

Meliodas: Don't worry, I'm fine now.
