Last, we left off Mael, who, upon remembering all the atrocities he committed, ended up breaking down and demanding to know who manipulated him like that, which is when Gowther ended up revealing himself as the one responsible for manipulating Mael's memories, causing Mael to start viscously beating down Gowther, severely damaging his body. Though Mael was greatly disappointed when he discovered that Gowther was a doll, he started attacking the others, hoping to at least hurt Gowther's heart. However, due to Mael's body being incompatible with the power of darkness, his soul started slowly getting consumed by the power of darkness, prompting Sariel and Tarmiel to join in to force Mael to expel the Commandments from his body. That's when Derieri joined in and came up with a plan to remove the Commandments from Mael. though that plan ended up failing due to Tarmiel freeing Mael, which in turn allowed him to kill Derieri and absorb her commandment.

We now see a huge Cocoon of Light engulfing Mael with everyone staring at in shock.

Mikaela: That can't be good.

Said Mikaela while Hawk ran over to Elizabeth.

Hawk: Elizabeth, what's that warped ball of light?!

Elizabeth: It's like a cocoon. His body's rejecting the four Commandments, but he's still trying to fuse with them anyway.

And while that was happening Tarmiel made his way over to Sariel who was lying on the ground.

Tarmiel: Sariel!

Exclaimed Tarmiel while holding up Sariel who's his body slowly disappearing due to him using up all his power to hold Mael.

Tarmiel: Come on, stay with me!

Sariel: It looks like...the mission failed.

Tarmiel: Just take it easy.

Sariel: I used up all my strength to hold him down. I can't believe you messed up like that, Tarmiel.

Tarmiel: I'm sorry...but...but I just couldn't do it.

Sariel: This was our one chance to stop Mael. Neither light nor dark can work on Mael now. The only ones who can face him are the Fairies, or Giants, or possibly humans, while Mikaela would only be able to hurt Mael through physical attacks. But I don't think the two Fairy Kings have enough power to beat Mael. Gowther made Mael into what he is. Maybe Gowther might have a chance with his psychological attacks. But we can't count on it. This Gowther is not the same cold-blooded, heartless commandment of long ago; the only one we can place our hopes in right now is Mikaela.

Said Sariel before turning to the cocoon.

Sariel:Within that warped light, a giant incarnation of evil is attempting to be born. That is no longer the Mael we knew. It's too bad. We could neither save Mael... nor protect lady Elizabeth. This is unbecoming of the Four Archangels... Please forgive us... Supreme Deity.

Said Sariel, causing Tarmiel to start tearing up before proceeding to turn to the cocoon of light.

Tarmiel: COME ON, MAEL!!! PLEASE REMEMBER!!! THINK BACK TO THE DAYS YOU WERE KIND AND GENTLE!!!

That's when the cocoon started unleashing multiple beams of light and darkness that proceeded to rain down on Britannia, horrifying the civilians and causing them to start running away while the holy knights started evacuating them. While with the fairies and giants, Oslo volunteered to go and check what's going on before teleporting away as Gerhade asked him to protect both King and Gloxinia.

We then cut over to Ian's base with Ian smirking while leaning forward with interest.

Ian: A member of the Goddess clan absorbing four Commandments? Heh this should be interesting.
