The Kamome Office 102 - In the Shrine on New Year's

Two months later...

Yashiro Nene and Yugi Amane headed to the mahogany shrine.

Yashiro wore her warmest ocean green jacket with her white long skirt. The girl with magenta eyes had her usual dark brown tights with her white high-top sneakers. Yashiro also has her strawberry-colored scarf around her neck. The girl with magenta eyes was beaming at the boy with amber eyes, jumping up in excitement. Yashiro waves her arms in the air. "Hurry, Amane! The shrine has been crowded already! I wanna check out my fortune from the Omikuji anyway!" She shouted.

Amane walks to Yashiro with his black-and-red sneakers. He wears his warmer crimson jacket with his pair of black pants. The boy with amber eyes also had his white earmuffs on. Amane made his puzzling smile at the girl with magenta eyes. "The shrine isn't going anywhere all day, Yashiro." He remarks.

And then, Amane made his small awkward smile at her. The boy with amber eyes has a sweat-drop on his head. "Yashiro's so cute when she gets excited like a little girl." He thought.

The girl with magenta eyes took his right hand with her left hand. "I know." She perceives.

And then, Yashiro was enthusiastic. "But I can't wait to go to get my fortune! And yours too!" She exclaimed, dragging Amane down to the Omikuji swiftly.

The girl with magenta eyes giggles happily thru the area, leaving him feeling startled as he went flying in midair by her dash.

Amane almost lost his eye pupils. "Whoa, Yashiro! Whoooa! Not so fast!" He panicked.

The girl with magenta eyes glimpsed at the Omikuji fortune stand. Yashiro gasps with excitement.

The girl with magenta eyes braked her sneakers to stop running. "We're here, Amane!" She squealed.

The boy with amber eyes flew up in midair until he landed the ground with his pair of sneakers.

Amane was astonished, wiping his forehead with his left arm. "Wow, Yashiro. You sure run pretty quick." He comments in his panting voice.

The girl with magenta eyes released his right hand. Yashiro becomes cheerful at the smiling vendor. "I would like to draw a fortune, please." She murmurs.

The man in his purple kimono gestures to her. "Pay one hundred yen and shake the Omikuji box until your fortune comes out." He instructed.

Yashiro paid her one-hundred-yen coin to the vendor.

The girl with cream-colored hair with teal tips rattled the Omikuji box wildly.

Amane looks at Yashiro confusingly.

And then, the boy with amber eyes glanced at the man in his purple kimono. Amane narrowed his eyelids. "So I can just shake up the box for my fortune after I pay one hundred yen?" He asked.

The vendor nodded his head once. "That's correct, sir." He answered.

Amane pays his one-hundred-yen coin to the man in his purple kimono. "Thank you." He said.

The girl with magenta eyes got her little rolled-up parchment out of the Omikuji box.

Yashiro handed to the box to the boy with amber eyes. "Your turn, Amane." She mentions.

The boy with amber eyes was delighted at her, taking the Omikuji box. "Thanks, Yashiro." He said.

The girl with magenta eyes shrugs her shoulders. "You're welcome." She said.

Amane shakes it really hard.

After several times of shaking, the little rolled-up parchment came out of the box.
