I step out my bathroom with only a towel wrapped around my body.
I'm going to drop it to change and put on lotion, but I stop myself immediately. I almost jump when seeing the man waiting for me on my bed.
What is wrong with him?
"What are you doing here? How did you even get in?" I demand answers, staring at him like he is insane. I realize then that he might be.
"I broke in. It's only fair because you did the same. We're in the exact same scenario we were in a few days ago it's just the roles have switched." Silas smirks, not hiding the fact that he is staring at my almost exposed body. Specifically, my legs.
I can't say anything when I did the same. He was shirtless with only a towel loosely hanging from around his waist when I waited for him. I couldn't help but stare. He has a body constructed to perfection. It's flawless even with the faint scars on his back.
He had a V-shape on his lower abdomen, and I almost thought about how it would feel to trace my fingertips down his abs to it.
"You also weren't answering your phone." He adds on, cutting through my thoughts.
I roll my eyes at him. "Silas, leave or at least wait outside so that I can change."
"Why are you calling me Silas?" He sits up, confusion in his eyes.
"Isn't that your name?" I furrow my eyebrows.
I watch him stand to his full height. He approaches me until we are only inches apart. In a way, he is towering over me.
"You called me Azrael the last time I saw you. I thought you liked it better." He stares me in the eyes.
"No." I did it because I thought it would make him mad. I see now that I was wrong.
"Why?" He curiously asks.
I quickly come up with something stupid that I know will surely annoy him.
"Because you're not being Azrael right now." That makes him confused once more.
"Azrael is a bit quieter and I'm sure that he wouldn't break into a woman's house this way." It appears that my words make him a little angry.
"But Azrael is boring." He seems annoyed at the thought of Azrael even though it's himself.
"No, he is very respectful and sweet." I add on, almost wanting to laugh when realizing something.
"So am I." He's jealous.
I slightly laugh. "Are you seriously jealous of yourself right now?"
"No." He denies it in an instant.
"I just think I'm a better person as Silas. Azrael only exists when my parents are around. He can exist for you too if you want him." He takes a step closer to me.
