Watching my brother watch the love of his life approach him with a contented smile and a few tears trickling from his dark eyes make me smile too.
Love is insane, yet incredibly beautiful.
I never would have imagined witnessing my best friend cry in such a way. I'm very happy for him.
Lucia makes a beautiful bride. She is wearing a white gown. One that you'd see in one of those princess fairytale movies. She looks great and so does Ace. I admit he is a good-looking guy. Though, my attention has completely left the good-looking couple. It's now on the goddess like woman who is walking Lucia down the aisle.
Holy fuck.
I've seen some beautiful women in this lifetime but not one of them compares to this precious beauty. Everything about her is perfection.
She's dressed in a silk gown the color of red wine. The color accentuates her beauty. She has the silkiest long black hair, I notice. Her smile is the most radiant I've seen. Her lashes add to her beauty which are noticeably long. I am convinced that all of the air in my lungs has completely vanished.
I keep my eyes on her as she hands Lucia over to Ace. She gives him a few words, her lips a lovely red. I continue to stare at her as I watch her every move until she goes to stand by her seat.
She's Lucia's sister.
It hits me now and it makes sense. Lucia did mention once that her sister was very beautiful, but I don't think the word 'beautiful' can adequately describe this woman. I don't think there is even a word to rightfully describe her.

This whole wedding has felt like it has gone by so fast. That is only because I've been focusing on one person the entire time. No matter how hard I try, I can't keep my eyes off of her. I've been observing every little thing she does. Like the way her crimson lips move when she speaks or takes a sip of her beverage.
She's much more captivating because of that damn red dress she has on. I didn't know such a woman could exist, but I've found her now. She is mesmerizing.
I turn away for a second to get a treat from the table beside me. I'm going to reach for the last treat when a smaller hand reaches for it too. I stop and the little boy stops too. We exchange glances, and I decide to be polite and just give it to him.
I motion for him to take it. He does, cautiously, turning to walk away but pausing to give me a quick glance. "Do you want to share?" He offers, but before I can respond, he splits the treat in two and hands me a piece.
"Thank you." I accept it.
As we enjoy our treats in silence, we glance over at Ace and Lucia, who have finished their first dance. I grin subliminally at how content they finally appear to be.
"Who are you?" The boy suddenly asks, taking my attention.
"Silas." I extend a hand.
He takes my hand, firmly shaking it. "I'm Orion."
