Zero's POV:
Dream Realm:

Ow, what the fuck am I even on? It feels rough, sharp, and...it feels like I've been pierced through the chest. Slowly opening my eyes, my surroundings were slowly becoming visible to me, like I've been sleeping for years and am now finally opening my eyes. After fully opening my eyes, I look up at my chest, seeing a purple, energy-made spear piercing directly at where my heart would be.

Looking up, I saw the Huntress holding said spear, an emotionless gaze upon her face. Looking behind her, I saw the rest of the Alpha Team and multiple humanoid shadows frozen in place, is this a battle? Looking at the Huntress, or rather, the frozen statue of her, I think, I realized that I was back in this place that I sometimes go to when I sleep.

Thinking back, I remember Chloe and I delivering a combo attack of some kind, then, I felt as though I overloaded. Damn, that attack must've took everything I had left, I wonder if Chloe's in the same boat. Looking back at the spear, I swatted my hand at it, seeing it go through it like water. Grunting, I start getting up, the spear no longer delivering any stinging pain as I stand past Huntress.

I then start stretching...in this place...that's in my head...yeah, that makes sense. After stretching, I look at the frozen battlefield, beginning to wonder how strange it was. Not the battle itself, but the fact I wasn't getting thrown around like a ragdoll yet. Is there something here I'm supposed to see?

However, as I turned back around, I raised my eyes in shock as the Huntress was staring at me, her entire figure having turned around. Getting into a combat stance, I watched her warily, this kind of shit doesn't happen when this dream stuff happens. Then, as though I jinxed myself, I feel myself get thrown into the air, my vision getting blurry.

Zero: "Of fucking cou-"

*Crash*

Zero: "Ah-Ow, come on."

I fell on something metal in my stomach, my sight showing I was in some hallway. Shaking my head, I start getting up, coming face to face with a blurred face scientist. Looking around the hallway, there were scientist's walking to different places, and one door open with light pulling through. Considering this could be some crazy shit, I decided to investigate.

Walking to the door, going through some scientist's as though they were water, I enter the room, seeing it was some kind of surgeon experimentation room. Besides more blurred faces of scientist's, there was some kind of monster restrained on a vertical table, screaming in pain while frozen. Its hands had five clawed fingers, a flesh tail with a blade-like form appearing at the very end, and it had no facial features besides a mouth, filled to the brim with lots of teeth.

Damn, looking around the room, I realized that this couldn't be Cerberus. They may be humans, but the guards in the room didn't have any flags on their uniform, just a simple cross on a canine skull, weird. Maybe a sub-army under their command, maybe not. Turning to the right, at the corner of the room, there were two individuals that seemed important.

One was a man, his face unblurred for some reason, allowing me to see his Latino face. He also wore a business suit and carried a briefcase...ten bucks says this dude isn't from this world. The other was a woman, her back to me, wearing armor that seemed very familiar. From what I could tell from their frozen state, they were in a conversation of sorts, for what, I don't know.

Then, just like before, I feel myself get thrown again, except this time, I land on something soft. I was laying on a bed, facing the roof, which had an air of familiarity. Getting up, I saw that I was in my room back at Armistice Base. Why am I back here, is there something else I need to see. Just as I turned towards the door, the unexpected happen, making me raise my eyes in surprise.
