Helena's POV:
May 9th, 2093, 16:00:
Vanguard Base, Carway:

Sitting in my office, I was looking directly at Zero after he asked me if he could take Chloe out on a date. Apparently, he has this nice restaurant already booked and all he needed was my permission to leave the base with her. As much as I wouldn't want him to be away in case if the C.A. attack, especially with Chloe as well, I guess they both deserve some kind of break. After a moment of debating to myself, I just sighed before saying,

Helena: "Fine, you two can go, where are you going and what time will you be back?"

Zero (smiles): "Thanks Helena, we'll be going to the Circa 1886 Restaurant that I heard got restored. It's in Charleston, down in South Carolina, (raises hands) I promise not to start a fight with an eldritch horror while Chloe and I are gone, we should be back at around...22:00 hours."

Helena (sighs): "Alright, keep Orion with you on coms in case of emergency, otherwise...(smiles lightly) have fun with my sister."

Zero (gets up): "You bet."

After he said that, he decided to walk out of my door instead of disappearing very quickly in a flash. As much as he acts out of line and does his own thing half the time, he's been quite honest about what he does, which is something I can appreciate. Besides that, after he got back from killing Exom, as I came to learn its name, he told me he wouldn't be taking any calls.

He walked away after he said that, leaving me confused until I heard phone calls yesterday when he got back. Answering these phone calls showed that they were the Corporate CEO's he saved, who wanted to make deals. Thankfully, Generals Liam and Heather were able to cut them off, letting me know that they appreciated the save. Thankfully, they told me that the city would need a month at least to rebuild, plus, with the URF, that would be possible.

Honestly, I'm not sure why the creature attacked them during their celebration day, or how it was able to learn it. The URF, or United Repair Force, is a Union that was made after the Alliance was made nearly over a year ago, with its sole purpose being to rebuild what they can from Gaia's Rage and this war. It really wouldn't surprise me if they were the ones that repaired that restaurant Zero is taking Chloe too, it would be way too much of a coincidence otherwise.

Speaking of Chloe, after she, Alpha Team, and Bravo Team returned from their mission, they managed to snag up some useful stuff. From supplies, to weapons, to information, to even a CICWA scientist that our interrogators are getting info out of. Besides that, we got another confirmed kill of a top leader in the CICWA forces, Victoria Glamorous. From Kagiso's and Igor's interrogation of Sophia Bologna, we were able to learn the names of several leaders within CICWA's ranks that we know about.

Thankfully, now that Victoria, along with John John, are out of the picture, we'll have an easier time dealing with the CICWA. Anyways, going back to my computer, I began typing on it, going through reports and supply requests. Most of it seemed normal, Lesley needed some more medical supplies, Bailey needs a stock up on ammo, Brian is attempting to get a Nuclear Reactor. The first two I immediately punch in for Alliance Command to deal with, as for Brian's request, yeah, no, isn't happening.

Hm, I really do wonder how their date will go, I know it isn't there first one, but it will be in a public place, even with reservations. Will Chloe be okay? She generally doesn't like it when people see her burn mark, which I'm surprised hasn't been healed. Knowing Zero, he probably tried everything already, so all that confirms us that the wound is truly permanent. I really do hope they'll be okay, especially Chloe...ah screw it.

Clicking on my com-device, I say,

Helena: "Orion, I have a job for you..."
