Rex's POV:
May 15th, 2093, 12:30:
USA High Security Prison, Undisclosed Location:

Walking through the halls of this place with a briefcase, the Warden and the Battalion of highly trained Anthro and Human guards were walking me to where I needed to go. This place housed some of the most deluded and dangerous people on Earth that we managed to capture behind bars, both Human and Anthro alike. Of course, this place used to be a testing ground for unethical experimentation on captured humans during the days of the Anthro Army.

Thankfully, since the Alliance has this place under control, it houses just as many C.A. Anthro's as there are Cerberus humans. Of course, there are a few humans and Anthro's here who aren't affiliated with either, but still hate each other overall. Eventually, after some time walking, we came into a hallway with multiple doors, which led into rooms that were separated between cell doors, with people coming in on one side and prisoners staying on the other.

Walking towards the end of the hallway, I turned left and looked through the door window, and I saw her. Sophia Bologna, the woman who was practically Zero's sister here and served both the Black Hawks and CICWA before eventually landing here after Zero saved her from being whatever Reapers do to their victims. Honestly, I kind of expected her to have tried to make some sort of escape attempt already, but from the reports I've gotten, she's been quiet and hasn't caused much trouble.

Of course, that's with the guards, the reports mentioned she has gotten violent with the other prisoners here, but other than that, she's been, for better or less, good. The Warden looked over at me as he walked to the door, asking,

Prison Warden (Male Human): "Are you sure you want to be here sir? This is not really a place to find a General."

Rex (nods): "Maybe, but she's like family to me, it's only fair she knows I still know of her existence."

Prison Warden (nods while unlocking the door): "Very well sir, just know one of the guards will go in with you, and is under orders to be lethal should the prisoner attempt anything."

Rex (nods): "Understood Warden."

Afterwards, the Warden opened the door, which Rex entered into followed by a female Anthro blue scaled Dragon, who immediately walked to the left side of the wall and leaned against it. Looking past the bars, Rex saw Sophia Bologna look at him for a moment before sitting up, looking back at him as he took a seat behind the desk in front of her cell. After a moment of silence, Sophia asked while leaning back against the wall,

Sophia Bologna: "So, what brings you here Rex? Surely you aren't here to just say hi and see how I'm doing, are you?"

Rex (sighs for a moment): "Well, that's what I initially planned to do, but yeah, there's more to my visit here than that."

Sophia Bologna (raises an eyebrow): "Alright, let's hear it."

After she said that, I brought up my Briefcase I carried and placed it on the table. Afterwards, I flicked the locks before opening it, pulling out a few papers before laying them on the table. During this, I saw that Sophia was watching me with slight surprise, almost as if knowing what I'm doing, but not sure why. After pulling everything out, I began speaking while setting every paper in chronological order,

Rex: "The Alliance US Government have received reports of activity at Mars from a satellite drone sent back over 60 years ago, before Gaia's Rage. I'm sure you remember about Cerberus's 'Scorched Earth' plan if the Anthro's became too much for humans to handle?"

After I said that, she only nodded, letting me continue as I said,

Rex: "Well, turns out, the volunteers sent to Mars thrived with the tech they were sent with, as such, they've had over 50 years of development of life, and 10 years ago, they started creating their first spaceships."
