Six months after the events of "War for Change," the Earth now experiences a three-sided war at the same time.
The Alliance, a coalition of humans and Anthro's, recently made within 2092, fights for interspecies cooperation and peace. They hold the most land, and as common sense would have it, they have the highest number of soldiers compared to the other two armies. While it may have been rough for the human, Zero Anderson, to make a peace between both species, a majority of members from both species have taken this chance to end a war that would've left their planet uninhabitable otherwise.
The Corrupters Armada, previously known as the Anthro Army, are a pure Anthro empire that hates humans with a passion. They hold the second highest numbers of members and have a majority of Canada under their control. Their leader, an Anthro gray wolf named Alias Wolf, used to be the creator of the Anthro Army after the Riot of Freedom, now he leads this Armada against the other two armies.
Cerberus is a pure human army consisting of humans that despise Anthro's. They are the weakest army in terms of numbers, with just over a few hundred thousand members located on the Hawaiian Islands. Their leader is a mysterious person called the Illusive Man. No one truly knows who he is, as he's never shown his face to anyone officially, yet he is arguably the most cunning human in existence and leads Cerberus using smart tactics over brute force.
Ever since Zero's arrival, the world has experienced a change like never before. After 7 years within this world, new and unforeseen events have taken place. The mutant bear and the Phoenix were but a scratch to the surface. More beasts similar to those have popped up out of nowhere, and no one has any idea why.
Over at the Eastern Continents, the Reapers have shown a sudden change of behavior just three months after the events of "War for Change." For reasons still unknown, reports have been given of Reapers fighting amongst themselves from resource scavenging teams. While this was concerning, people have theorized an event will happen that will forever change how the Reaper act. This, however, has no evidence to prove it, but it hasn't stopped people to believe it.
In a more recent report, a secret Alliance facility in Washington was raided by an unknown force, and the single survivor has reported an enemy with powers. While one could argue the survivor having survivor's guilt and insanity, recent events of previous individuals with powers, Zero Anderson and Chloe Katrine, gives undisputed evidence that the survivor may be telling the truth. Investigation of the facility has been made, but no official report has been given about who raided it.
Despite this, all three factions have developed new and powerful weapons and devices for the war.
The Alliance has discovered a new resource called Reaper crystals. While only recently discovered, it has properties thought impossible for any other material. Tests have shown each crystal is significantly lighter than any known crystal, yet it is harder than even diamond. So far, weaponizing it has proved impossible, but it has proven to be a clean, surprisingly effective energy source that lasts longer than any battery. For example, a single gram of Reaper crystal dust can power an M1 Abrams tank for an entire week with no stop.
The Corrupters Armada have been reported to create Android Robotic Cyborgs, ARC units for short, to fight against both Cerberus and the Alliance. These units are completely mechanical, programed with the purpose of serving the C.A. forces. However, these units have a major flaw, the are unreliable in a long battle. Tests have been made to fix this mistake, but most have proven fruitless...most.
Cerberus has been working on a secret project both the C.A. and the Alliance know as 'Heaven's Fleet.' It could explain why Cerberus has shown minimal to no effort in actually sending forces to fight in the war, but the occasional assault and raid tells everyone that they are still a threat.
Finally, in very recent reports, there has been signs that a fourth army has emerged, however, no base or even the name of said army has been identified. What is known, is that they attack indiscriminately, attacking bases, outposts, and important locations of the Alliance, The Corrupters Armada, and Cerberus. Due to the hidden patterns, no one is close to even figuring out why they do this.
