Huntress's POV:
April 16th, 2093, 06:10:
C.A. ARC Manufacturing Plant on Kasabonika, Ontario:

Overlooking the stadium in front of this facility in an office, I was looking down at the many civilians and officers, along with soldiers who were called here today to look at the Corrupters Armada's new weapon. My Pack and I took a look earlier, and it was definitely something that could very well turn the very tide of this war. Looking to my right, I saw my master and creator talking in whispers, discussing about the weapon.

Looking left, I saw my Pack waiting for orders, looking down at the stadium as well. Yesterday, our master wanted us to guard this facility from any assailant that may try to attack during the presentation of the weapon. While I had a feeling that Zero and Alpha Team might come, he specifically stated that we would likely catch Cerberus's attention, rather than the Alliance's.

I dared not question how he could've known that, as the Corrupter, that thing that is my master's Master, probably gave him a clue. I believe the Corrupter is it's name, as it would make sense, considering the name of our army itself. Looking down, I brought my hand forward and stared at the palm of it, looking at the metallic structure design of it.

It was smooth, yet incredibly hard, a testament of the engineering that was there during my body's creation. Still, I took the time to actually learn more about my body, rather than focus entirely of thinking of ways to capture Zero. While my body, from the base of my neck to my feet, was made entirely of Reaper Crystal, as I already knew, as well as my visor plate. Inside that body, was a unique liquid of blood and oil that flowed through my veins, along with organs that were there simply for show.

I saw the only fleshy body part I necessarily required was my brain, the primary source of my powers. Suddenly, yet not naturally, I saw a pure white hand, that didn't seem real, place itself on my extended one, wrapping its fingers around mine. Looking up, I widen my eyes in shock as I saw Zero's face, not one of anger or fear, but...happiness?

Shaking my head and closing my eyes, I looked back and saw that silhouette of Zero no longer there, my palm still opened for nothing. Closing my hand, I placed it back down and began thinking about what I saw. Was I daydreaming? If so, then why would I daydream about Zero? I'll need to investigate this sometime, for no, I looked back to my right, seeing my master approach me.

Turning to him, I kneeled before him, hearing my Pack do the same a moment later. Eventually, he stopped in his tracks before turning back to the window, overlooking the stadium. After a moment of silence, he said,

Alias Wolf: "Huntress, you and your Pack's primary objective is to ensure the safety of the Power Source that resides within the weapon. If we are attacked, do not worry about damaging that weapon, if the safety of the Power Source requires the destruction of the weapon, then so be it."

I raised my eyes in shock for a moment before returning them back to normal. Bowing my head, I gave my sign of understanding, knowing the objective clearly. It surprised me that he was willing to part with such a powerful weapon should someone attack. Still, if these are his orders, then my Pack and I will follow them without hesitation.

After a moment, our master turned back and walked back to our creator, saying along the way,

Alias Wolf: "You may go back to whatever you were previously doing."

After saying that, my Pack started rising to their feet, with me being the last to do so. Turning back to them, I saw them overlooking the stadium again, the crowd seeming to get larger with each passing moment. Closing my eyes, I started thinking on all the ways that this could go wrong, thinking of more than just Zero, but of the Alliance and Cerberus, and perhaps, that fourth army that's been causing all of us trouble.
