Y/n's POV

Struggling with three bags of Gucci goodies and Hanni's lightweight handbag, I made my way through the door, occasionally bumping into it. Hanni followed, groaning with each step as if she'd just run a marathon. Her dramatics couldn't help but make me chuckle.

Inside Hanni's room, she dropped her bags with a relieved sigh, looking like she'd just climbed a mountain. Her tired smile showed her gratitude as she thanked me, and I waved it off with a grin.

"Don't mention it, Hanni-ah. It's all part of the job," I reassured her, but before I could escape, she dropped a bombshell.

"Help me change my clothes then," she teased, mischief twinkling in her eyes. My eyes nearly popped out of my head, and I stammered a quick "N-no!" before darting out of the room, leaving her laughter echoing behind me.

Leaning against the hallway wall, trying to catch my breath, Hyein appeared, looking amused by my flustered state. I couldn't help but grin back at her.

"What's got you all worked up?" she asked, her smile infectious.

"Oh, just helped Hanni," I replied with a chuckle, relieved to have a friendly face to commiserate with.

"Well, what are you gonna do now?" Hyein asked, standing in front of me. Her proximity made me a bit nervous, but I tried to play it cool.

"Well, it's almost dinner time. So, I was thinking of cooking–" Before I could finish, she cut me off.

"Don't worry about that! Dani Unnie volunteered to cook for dinner. Let's just go to my room and rest," she insisted, already closing the door and guiding me to her bed.

Her room was adorable, and I couldn't help but smile. "You know, I don't want to disturb you. I can just sleep in my room," I protested.

"It's fine! Besides, I missed you," she blurted out, catching me off guard. I didn't know how to respond, so I just stared at her, momentarily speechless.

"Y/n? Hello–"

"Oh, sorry, just spaced out," I said, chuckling nervously, hoping she'd buy my excuse.

"You're probably tired, that's why. Come on, let's lay down!" She patted the space beside her, and I hesitated before finally joining her on the bed, maintaining a respectable distance.

As Hyein and I chatted, her voice started to fade in and out, lulling me into a state of relaxation. Before I knew it, I had drifted off to sleep.

Danielle's POV

"Unnie, I think you did it wrong," Haerin exclaimed, her brows furrowed in concern as she peered at the instruction box retrieved from the trash. She stood in a comically awkward position to read it, her determination evident despite the odd stance.

"What does it say, then?" I asked, feeling a pang of worry at the thought of our cooking mishap.

Haerin straightened up, holding the box in front of her. "It says to use only two eggs," she replied matter-of-factly, causing me to facepalm at our oversight. Glancing at the rice in front of us, now soaked in an excessive amount of egg, I couldn't help but groan in frustration.

With a shared sigh, Haerin and I resolved to give it another try. This time, we carefully followed the instructions, and after much trial and error, we finally managed to produce a batch of edible rice balls.

"Haerin-ah, do you think it's okay to call the others now?" I asked with a hopeful smile, grateful for her help in salvaging our culinary disaster. Haerin nodded eagerly, darting upstairs to summon the rest of our friends.

As I waited for the others to join us, I decided to pass the time by scrolling through Instagram on my phone. My heart skipped a beat when I saw that Gucci had already posted pictures of Hanni from the photoshoot. With excitement, I eagerly clicked on the post and began to scroll through the images, liking each one in admiration.

The last photo, however, caught my attention in particular. It was a candid shot of Hanni, seated and holding a barbecue skewer, her smile radiant and infectious. But what intrigued me the most was the mystery of the photo – it seemed like Hanni was looking at someone off-camera, but only their hand was visible in the frame.

I couldn't help but wonder who that person might be, and what moment they were sharing with Hanni.
