Danielle POV

"I'm going to take Vittoria and Chiara with me on my way to set bellina," Stef said as she rummaged around in her purse for her car keys.

"If I can find my keys that is," she said agitatedly.

"They're here my love," I said, picking them up off the kitchen counter.

"And are the girls ready?" I asked, knowing she had to leave now.

"Ahh grazie bella," she sighed with relief, coming to take them from me.

Stefania wrapped her arms around my waist, leaning down and nuzzling her nose against mine before softly kissing my lips.

I melted into her kiss, instantly wishing she wasn't leaving for work.

She pulled back and smiled down at me.

"The girls are ready si," she nodded, returning to our conversation.

As if on queue, we heard the door to the spare bedroom open and were shortly joined in the kitchen by Vittoria and Chiara.

"Siete entrambi pronti per partire?" Stefania asked the two of them.

"Si si," they both replied smiling.

"I'll just go say goodbye to Amalia," Stef said quickly, heading towards Amalia's room.

Left with Stefania's nieces, I checked they both had my number incase they needed it.

"Either Amalia or I will message to let you know when we're ready to meet later, is that alright?" I checked.

"Yes of course, is Amalia sure she doesn't want to come with us now?" Vittoria asked.

"We're gonna go pick up her friend Effie shortly, they'll probably want to go into different stores to you both," I chuckled.

"We wouldn't mind," Chiara pointed out kindly.

"I know, but you girls go have fun this morning and make sure you go to all the places you want," I smiled.

"Danielle bellina, help please," Stefania said, returning to the kitchen with Amalia on her hip, her arms wrapped around Stef's neck.

"Somebody won't let their mama leave," Stefania giggled, gesturing to Mali's grip on her.

"Ahh Amalia let mama go to work," I said, moving from around the counter to help.

"Go to Danielle bella," Stefania said, trying to hand Amalia over to me.

"Nooo stay," I heard Amalia whisper, her face buried in Stef's hair.

"I have to go to set piccola, I'll be late if I don't leave now," Stefania added seriously.

"Come to me bubs, let go of mama," I said, reaching again to take her.

I held her around her waist while Stefania tried to peel her arms from around her neck, much to Amalia's frustration.

"I know I know sunshine," I said, trying to stay calm.

Vittoria and Chiara made awkward eye contact with each other, not having really seen this side of Mali before.

I gave them both a look to assure them everything was okay.

"Amalia no," Stef warned firmly when Mali practically screamed for her at the loss of contact.

"No screaming bella," she added.

"I've got her," I said, despite Amalia fighting to get back to Stefania.
