Chapter 67

Addy had gone through the morning with a few questions about her face but no real concern. She had decided to go to the library and get work done at least get something started. She still needed to go and ask Miss Ranyon for another worksheet. Sadly when Addy had done the work last night she had stapled the sheet of questions onto the front of her work she had written on as instructed so now it was all gone, so she couldn't even answer the questions if she tried. She had English later, so would ask her then.

Beca however decided she would go and see her girlfriend. Chloe was as usual sat with Aubrey and talking about who knows. Beca wrapped her arms around Chloe, who then answered and turned around to kiss Beca.

"Keep it in your pants, Mitchell!" Aubrey said disgusted, even though Chloe and Beca had been dating for a while Aubrey still wanted nothing to do with Beca.

"Hello Aubrey," Beca replied sweetly taking the open seat next to Chloe remaining close and keeping her hand on Chloe's thigh.

"We were in the middle of a conversation," Aubrey grumbled, she would take any chance to get Beca away from Chloe. She still believed she was no good for Chloe and that wouldn't be changing any time soon.

"Well, don't stop for me." Beca said looking at Chloe, who blushed.

"Chloe is allowed to have a life outside of you, you know. She has other friends."

"Am I stopping my girlfriend from having friends, no, but if Chloe wants me to go I will." Beca said.

"You can stay, Aubrey be nice," Chloe said taking a bite of her food in front of her glaring at her friend.

"Oh, she is your girlfriend now. Sorry, I get confused with all the hot and cold you are giving." Aubrey said smiling sweetly at Beca. Chloe looked embarrassed about Stacie bringing it up. She had confided in Aubrey when Beca felt the distance before.

"Chloe and I discussed it and I apologised for having personal issues." Beca said squeezing Chloe's hand in acknowledgement that's it okay and she wasn't upset.

"If you mean sleeping around with every other girl as a personal issue."

"I don't do that, Chloe is the only girl I'm seeing. If you are upset that you don't have anyone I'm sure I could set you up with someone." Beca said. Aubrey was reaching breaking point she would have no one embarrassing her, especially not Beca Mitchell.

"Oh what possible issues could you have? Too much money than you know what to do with." Aubrey said getting up and walking round the table to Beca. Beca decided that it was best just to ignore her. She turned to face Chloe away from Aubrey.

"Better yet, is it your daddy issues? No dad to whip your arse and tell you how to behave. Don't worry I reckon mommy does it instead. Is that your issue mommy told you off and hit you. If I was her I beat you black and blue-" Beca had enough before her brain could even think she was standing up and slapped Aubrey round the face, not too hard but enough to make a statement and get the attention and everyone in the courtyard. Aubrey grabbed her face and looked up and smiled at Beca evilily.

"Did your mom teach you that?" Aubrey said that that was it. Beca jumped at Aubrey pulling her hair and Aubrey was not one to just roll over and take it. Hands were flying and swearing was taking place.

"You fucking bitch!" Beca yelled. Chloe was trying to pull them off each other.

"Guys stop! Please!" Chloe yelled at the two, there was a chorus of 'fight' being yelled at the pair. At this point, the teachers had run over and were pulling them apart. Beca had a cut lip and Aubrey's hair was all messed up.

"Well, well, well. What do we have here?" Mrs Warrens walked over and Beca cursed herself. This woman hated her as she was. There was no way she was getting out of this without at least a detention.
