A week had passed. The girls had felt left worried about the Addy situation. Addy had started to get a tiny bit of colour in her face but continued to spend most of her time sleeping. She hadn't thrown up in two days but was eating the bare minimum, she was mainly on water. Stacie was still staying home with her; she now didn't have to be right next to Addy all the time but had to be at least in the same room. However when other people were home she was still clingy. Stacie was up to date with all the work from school including homework, staying up later to make sure it was all finished and to her mothers standard. There was still a constant argument about Addy's health with her mother and how she should be going back to school but Stacie was sure to make sure to put Addy first.

Beca and Emily got on with school more normally. There was still a tenseness around both girls which would always get worse at the end of the day. Where they would go home and get straight to doing their homework in the dinning room only being able to leave when it was at a level which was approved by their mother. Their mother would have the 2 girls do their work then cook all while mostly being in her office. Which they were glad that they had sometimes to themself.

Beca had been less herself recently, kept more quiet than usual and didn't poke any bear more than usual. The school was at least enjoying the quiet. She split the time between Jesse and Chloe not yet joining the friends group probably. She also didn't dare sit with Chloe and her friends and cause more drama with Aubrey and she wasn't going to get in any trouble especially with the state Addy was in and their mother being so involved currently. But she couldn't spend time with Chloe after school but would always try and at least spend one of her breaks with Chloe and they would still text all the time.

Emily on the other hand was spending all the time at school with Ali. They were giggling to each other and Emily was a lot happier. She could get her work done quickly and as they weren't really seeing much of Addy only briefly popping in she spent the rest of the time texting Ali. Their mother had spoken no more to her about the cameras and had gone about her days trying to not to think about it hanging over her head. She was in the clear as I don't think the others had been questioned either but clearly still alot playing on people's mind.

One evening after Emily and Beca's homework was done and they had gone to hide in their room like normal. Stacie had been working at the desk while Addy slept on the bed next to her. When a loud crash was heard from down the haul. Stacie ignored it and continued it hadn't woken Addy so she kept going hoping Beca would deal with it.

"This is absolutely disgusting!" Stacie heard her mother yell in disgust and at this she immediately left the room to not see her mother in the hallway or with Beca or Emily, which she expected she had to walk further down to realise where she was. But she saw the light coming out of Addy's bedroom.

"Stacie, what is this?"

"Addy's room." She didn't mean to give her mother a smart ass answer but she was suffering from lack of sleep and honestly wasn't sure what her mother wanted her to say. At this point both Emily and Beca were standing behind Stacie seeing what was going on. Stacie however got a response with a hard slap to the face. Her mother grabbed her hair pulling her hair back tilting her head to the sky.

"You think you are being smart with me, I would watch it if I were you brat! You see the state of your sister, you wouldn't want me to do that again would you?" Stacie shook her head in response.

"No mother, I'm sorry." Stacie whispered, barely being able to speak at the angle her neck was titled.

"No wonder your sister is an idiot if she spent more time on her school work then drawing on her walls like a five year old we wouldn't be in this situation would we!" Their mother let go of her hair and pushed her away.

"It will have to go, all of it. I have clearly been too relaxed with raising you a lot and I need to take a harder grip on you. Starting by repainting this room."

"But, shouldn't we talk to Adelaide about it first?" Stacie asks knowing this is going to break Addy's heart.

"Why would I need to do that in MY house? I have made up my mind so that is what will happen. You will clean her stuff out of the room and put them anywhere else I don't care until I have finished. Oh and any of the paints you find, which damaged my walls put by my office. I will not let her do it again. And yes I will be checking everything that goes back in that room, so don't even think of putting one over on me." She left the room and the girls all turned to look at each other. They didn't know where to start and none of them wanted to be the one to tell Addy.
